選擇這間酒店原因是酒店比較新，所以帶著「試試」的心情去體驗！先是Trip.com未有清楚提醒客人這間酒店的入口是與藝術館的入口相連同用，導致我要行了兩圈才找到這個玄關👎🏻。隨後登記入住前台服務員很有禮貌、專業及效率的讓我們盡快到房間休息👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻。基於是首次入住，所以我們預訂了全酒店唯一有118平方最大間的房間（服務員稱是總統套房），噢！一入房，很焗（熱）因為太大了！空調未能提供足夠及良好的溫度（兩日一夜都是這樣），隨後開始去探索房間的種種，發現了以下的問題👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 1）空調（冷氣）不足 2）電視機與搖控不配，導致不能看電影電視 3）冰箱沒有安插電源 4）茶具水煲沒有電源供應，所以不能享用 5）沒有提供便利拖鞋給客人使用 6）廁所馬桶與蓋子不配 7）淋浴間的門沒有把手（關門了便不能打開） 8）浴室中沒有掛架承托毛巾衣衫 9）淋浴間隔的玻璃牆壁出現裂隙（構成爆破危險） 10）沒有浴袍提供給客人使用 11）廁所內沒有承載紙卷的裝置（客人只能隨處擺放） 12）這個房間有118平方，但只得一個電話機 13）全房的電制插板太高了，客人根本用不上 14）浴室中沒有坐的椅子提供，不便客人美容化妝 15）按摩浴池的清潔度不佳 16）這間是「商務」的房間，就是燈光不足 17）沒有提供咖啡飲料（茶包只有兩包） 18）Trip.com說有行政酒廊、即食小食、汽水、水果、酒精飲品提供此房間客人享用，但以上所指出的「實在是沒有提供」，這是違反了「商品與說明條例」的嚴重情況 19）客人的私隱度及酒店內的保安程度要有所提升，例子：正常客人進入升降機時要用房卡才可以按下入住樓層，但送外賣員竟然可以自由出入客人樓層，或是有其他樓層的住客可以隨意前往不同的客房樓層，這樣是出現保安漏洞（拍卡系統形同虛設）
