Hotels in Dongguan railway station business district, Dongguan

I appreciate the complimentary room upgrade. This is my preferred place to stay whenever I'm back home visiting family. The parking lot is conveniently located right next to the hotel. The room itself was spotlessly clean. I had requested a non-smoking room during booking, and they thoughtfully provided an air purifier in the room. The only minor suggestion I have is the lack of a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. I've already mentioned this to the front desk and hope they can add one by my next visit home.

The hardware is of good quality and the environment is new. However, the issue lies with the receptionist who lacks experience and is unaware of the hotel's offerings. When I requested a baby bed, the receptionist informed me that the hotel does not provide one, but it turned out that the room already had a baby bed. Additionally, I clearly indicated that I needed a non-smoking room, and the hotel confirmed via email that they had arranged one for us. Unfortunately, upon check-in, the room was in the smoking level (level 12) , which was quite disappointing. Despite the hotel having a considerable number of designated non-smoking areas, the staff failed to inquire about guests' smoking preferences. Consequently, many people were smoking in the non-smoking areas. While the hotel's hardware and facilities are impressive and new, the staff's lack of training and professionalism is evident. But the location is nearby the train station .

The interior of the room is very clean and tidy, the pillows are equipped with two kinds, one soft latex, and sleep very comfortably. Facilities: Electric toilet has heating function. Environment: Next to Huixing Commercial Plaza, there are also many shops downstairs, shopping is very convenient, parking is also very convenient.

Because the client was relatively close to Dongguan Station, he searched for a hotel next to the train station for a long time and settled on this one. The location was pretty good and it was only 1 kilometer away from the train station. The hotel facilities are relatively complete and the rooms are quite clean. The only drawback is that there seems to be no delicious food nearby. If you want to eat, you have to go to the train station. There are many delicious food. You need to pay a deposit when you check in, and then return the same way when you check out. The breakfast is Western food, and the food variety is quite rich, which is a good comment.

This is the second time I stayed in this old hotel. The hardware facilities are well maintained as always. They are all very good. It is still the same room. It is comfortable to sleep in. I hope it will continue to maintain its standard. After all, there are not many such hotels in Dongguan.

The room is very spacious. I traveled with my friends and found this hotel on Ctrip. I didn't expect to be so lucky. This hotel is very classy and has a rich variety of breakfast. I will come again next time! Hygiene:

The overall service was good. The hotel is well-located in terms of access to shops, public transport and restaurants. The hotel has decent laundry and gym facilities. I did not use the hotel restaurant, so cannot comment on how it was. The housekeeping staff were excellent. I was not too happy using wi-fi is there was no secure connection (this was my only fault with this hotel). I would happily recommend this facility and would stay there again. Great value for money.

When we left the hotel, the hotel manager Fan saw that we were having trouble booking a taxi. It was very inconvenient for Hong Kong people to book a taxi. He took the initiative to find a way to help and solve the problem. We arrived safely and the service was first-class. Later, I found that the wedding brochure was left in the room. Ms. Chen at the front desk helped search for it in the room and found it. Thank you very much. From knowing that it was left to finding it in a short time, the hotel is very efficient and the staff is trustworthy. Thanks again for their help

The hotel is 15 minutes walk away from Dongguan Railway station, if coming out from exit C. Once at the entrance of the lobby, you will be greeted with a grand European look. The room is spacious with comfortable bed, 2 comfortable chairs and great shower with the water pressure that I like. Air conditioner was good especially it is still hot in Dongguan at 30 cels! It also allow pets to visit, which is great, as long one take care of it's hygiene. 😊

The corridor is exactly the same as a five-star hotel, there is a gym, the room is large, the shower water pressure in the jade room is very large, the shower is very comfortable, in general, it is very good, there are many convenience stores at the entrance of the hotel, and there are food stalls. You can go out to find food.
