The building and room was adequately maintained and clean, albeit there were stains on the carpet and some broken outlets with cracks or loose fitted on the wall. The room was furnished nicely with a desk and chair but the TV was poor quality with static and a blurry picture. The AC in my room did not work even though it was set to 10 Celsius and on “High Mode”. I woke up with sweat and needed a shower. The Kansas City restaurant advertised was closed and the first Bella Donna restaurant appeared closed since all the lights were turned off and only one waiter was in the area, but he allowed me to have dinner and the food brought out was good quality and portion size. The area around the hotel is not great as you will need to get a car to go somewhere interesting. I walked down some of the streets, there is nothing close by of interest. The doorman kept staring at me when I would enter or exit the building, he would open the hotel door but not the car door. Sometimes he was not there. Overall, a good stay but the money you pay is in the quality of your room and bed. The hotel was very quiet, played good music around the building and smelled very good. Happy with my stay. I would come again.

There are also plenty of charging sockets, thoughtfully placed, and motion-sensor nightlights in the bathroom for nighttime. **Thoughtful details:** A portable makeup mirror, convenient for getting ready by the bed. Charging cables are provided in the room. Disposable toilet seat covers are offered. The mini-bar is stocked with Chang brand water, and a bottle opener is provided. Overall, the room style reminds me of a premium alternative to the InterContinental Dongguan – a high-end ”dupe,” if you will! 😊 **However,** for some reason, the peephole inside the room didn't have a cover, so I had to cover it with a tissue myself. Also, the booking photos showed a bathtub, but there wasn't one in my room; I'm not sure if this was due to the room type. **Cleanliness:** Spotless! Absolutely top-notch! **Location:** Didn't explore the immediate surroundings much as I ordered a lot of takeout, haha. Takeout was delivered by a robot, which was quite efficient. A taxi ride to Yongfa only takes a few minutes, making it convenient to get roasted goose noodles. **Service:** Excellent service; the front desk was quick to answer calls.

The room was very spacious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. I would definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Humen. The breakfast spread was excellent and offered a great variety, the hotel was very clean, and the surroundings were beautiful. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The room was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. There were no unpleasant odors, and the TV's screen mirroring feature was incredibly convenient. The hotel also offered self-service laundry facilities, and having a gym right next door was a big plus. Breakfast at the restaurant was great, with a rich variety including popular items like Cheung fun and salads, and the taste was delicious overall. They even allowed guests to pack up any unfinished food. The hotel's location was also convenient, with shopping malls just a short distance away. The front desk staff were very polite; they helped me with directions and were always willing to assist with any needs. Overall, I had a fantastic experience.

Stay here before when it was run as holiday inn express. Everything is the same except the breakfast is on the 14th floor instead of the previous basement floor. Everything was good. Room cleaned everyday and all the toiletry provided. Location is in the center od the humen with all the shopping including walmart in the same building in the mall. Restaurants and tea is everywhere. Dim sum resturant right across the street next to dominos pizza. Rainbow mall is just another 5mins walk away. My go to place to stay when im in humen.

The location is easy to find, just on Humen Avenue, there is a parking lot at the door, it is very easy to park, the receptionist xb at the check-in desk is very dedicated, the check-in is fast, the room layout is very warm, the air conditioning cooling effect is very good, it is highly recommended in Humen

The front desk clerks were polite and helpful. The hotel rooms are well equipped. The food in the restaurant attached to the hotel is cost-effective. The location of the hotel is quite convenient and there is no smell of smoke in the room.

GOOD: the bed and pillow are comfy with good quality, check-out time is flexible with no urging call. the water pressure is well enough for taking shower. BAD: The lobby and front door isn't as good as the picture looks. The location not quite convenience as not much store down stairs.
