Hotels in Changan Wanda business district, Dongguan

I came here to visit friends and checked out the hotel booking website. I thought the Old Master Inn was quite unique, so I booked a room. The front desk clerk contacted me afterward to ask about my check-in time and helped me turn on the air conditioner in advance. This was really nice. The weather in Guangdong is quite hot, so I didn't feel like I was in a sauna when I got to the room [burst into laughter]. The room was huge, with a very retro and stylish decor. It had a TOTO automatic toilet and a bathtub. I especially liked the thoughtful toilet seat and bathtub cover. The breakfast was very rich, and the front desk lady was very welcoming.

It has been years since my last stay. This time it was perfect. The room was huge, bathroom was huge with separate shower and bathtub. hot water and pressure are good. Carpet looks new, soft and clean. Mattress, pillow and quilt was clean and comfy. Cigarettes smell is unavoidable, it has blend into the room. It is acceptable for me. Breakfast was plentiful, I can find what I need every morning. The hotel is located next to a mall in the city center. Although the outlook looks a bit tired but the room are comfortable. Will stay for my next trip.

Easily one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in, 5-star all the way. The location was perfect, walkable to my meetings. Plus, there is a nice coffee shop and amazing Japanese restaurant within a 3-4 min walk from the hotel.

Good environment, high service, great experience. I often travel and rarely encounter care products for use. They also contacted me when I missed something. Great!

The Guangzhou-shenzhen railway line is right next to the hotel. Easy access from Shenzhen Airport. Starbucks kiosks at the lobby. Walking distance to local night restaurant behind the hotel. Spacious room with large bathroom. Soundproof is good. Western and eastern breakfast.

Facilities: The breakfast is very rich, especially the handmade meat buns are delicious, the meeting room laundry and fitness are available, not far from the Marina Bay and Shenzhen International Convention and Exhibition Center, the business trip standard is just right Service: The service is very warm, there are welcome fruits and souvenirs, there are people to say hello wherever you go, I feel very good Surrounding facilities: shopping malls, attractions, hospitals, supermarkets/convenience stores, food Zen tea fragrance spray: the fragrance is very like, the taste of white tea Welcome fruit: fruitful and lychees Customized American coffee: I heard that it is a customized coffee bean all season and Starbucks have a fight

This stay is 100% satisfactory! I would like to commend the following points: 1. **Hotel lobby**: Luxurious and impressive. 2. **Service**: The front desk staff was very friendly and took the initiative to help me carry my luggage to the room. 3. **Aromatherapy**: The scent in the hotel is very good and makes people feel comfortable. 4. **Breakfast**: The choices were rich and delicious, which made me very satisfied. 5. **Bed**: The bed was very comfortable and gave me a good sleeping experience. The bathroom shower room is separated into wet and dry areas, which is very convenient.  6. **Facilities**: All facilities are very new and clean and very convenient to use. The fitness room and laundry room are fully equipped and free of charge.  If I come to Dongguan next time, I will definitely choose this hotel again. --- Hope this arrangement meets your needs!

It was my first time here and I was not familiar with it. I asked the front desk and the waiter and they answered enthusiastically. The room is spacious and the mahjong room can satisfy people like me who like to play mahjong and rest without delay. The mahjong machine is very advanced and easy to use. The sleep is also very comfortable. The breakfast is also very rich. The layout is advanced and hygienic. Not only can I live in a warm place with friends, but I can also enjoy the fun of playing mahjong. I will stay in this hotel again next time. This is a happy stay. 😃😃😃

Cleanliness was average (not fantastic, but not unacceptable either. I could see a lot of hair on the bed when I checked in, and my hands and feet felt a bit itchy while sleeping). The location was average (there wasn't much to do nearby, but it wasn't a problem if I needed to buy groceries or eat). The service was good (check-in was nice and quick, and the front desk lady was very polite. However, the check-out lady seemed a bit busy, so she had a sullen look. Fortunately, her tone wasn't too rude. After checking in, if I had any room issues, I called the front desk and needed help, and they were promptly answered. When someone comes, the housekeeper will proactively ask if we need to clean up every day. Room amenities (large feeling of space, the TV can mirror your phone's screen, which is very clear and convenient to use, the curtains are automatic, and there are robots delivering food. However, the bathroom design isn't particularly good; it sometimes leaks after showering. The bed is a bit soft, and it takes a long time for the mattress to return to its normal shape after lying on it for too long. It might not be very springy. Everything else in the room was fine. I haven't used the hotel facilities outside the room, so I'm not sure.) To sum up, this price is a 6.5 out of 10.

I came to Dongguan from another place for work and checked into the hotel on May 9, 2024. I had a short stay in the hotel due to a foot injury and was unable to move. However, the enthusiasm and professional service of the hotel staff left me with a deep memory of the trip. The hotel room was clean and tidy; check-in was smooth; the service was very good. Because I was injured, the staff provided warm care like family, which made me feel at home and cared for.”
