Hotels in Changan Wanda business district, Dongguan

I came here to visit friends and checked out the hotel booking website. I thought the Old Master Inn was quite unique, so I booked a room. The front desk clerk contacted me afterward to ask about my check-in time and helped me turn on the air conditioner in advance. This was really nice. The weather in Guangdong is quite hot, so I didn't feel like I was in a sauna when I got to the room [burst into laughter]. The room was huge, with a very retro and stylish decor. It had a TOTO automatic toilet and a bathtub. I especially liked the thoughtful toilet seat and bathtub cover. The breakfast was very rich, and the front desk lady was very welcoming.

It has been years since my last stay. This time it was perfect. The room was huge, bathroom was huge with separate shower and bathtub. hot water and pressure are good. Carpet looks new, soft and clean. Mattress, pillow and quilt was clean and comfy. Cigarettes smell is unavoidable, it has blend into the room. It is acceptable for me. Breakfast was plentiful, I can find what I need every morning. The hotel is located next to a mall in the city center. Although the outlook looks a bit tired but the room are comfortable. Will stay for my next trip.

The Guangzhou-shenzhen railway line is right next to the hotel. Easy access from Shenzhen Airport. Starbucks kiosks at the lobby. Walking distance to local night restaurant behind the hotel. Spacious room with large bathroom. Soundproof is good. Western and eastern breakfast.

Good environment, high service, great experience. I often travel and rarely encounter care products for use. They also contacted me when I missed something. Great!

The bathroom is stunning but the room ran a bit old style.Overall is ok.When they noticed my kids wanted to play on the water slide.They turned it on immediately.The staffs are nice & offered me a late checkout until 2:30.

Wow wow wow! The newly opened hotel is very high-end! I have a very good hotel experience. Parking is convenient. The lobby is modern and nice. The service is very good. The bedding is very comfortable. I purchased the same pillows when I left the hotel. I will stay here again next time I come to Chang'an for a business trip. I travel a lot on business, around the world .. Mandarin Oriental, Marriotts, W, Shangri-la, this hotel is getting very close to this level jad and at 1/2 the price. The room was great … very clean and modern, lots of amenities. fitness room new machines and very clean … and laundry room I didn’t use, but I should … stand out people were front desk Mia, Makq and Kevin… my new number one place to stay on Dongguan ! Really [Joyful]

Cleanliness was average (not fantastic, but not unacceptable either. I could see a lot of hair on the bed when I checked in, and my hands and feet felt a bit itchy while sleeping). The location was average (there wasn't much to do nearby, but it wasn't a problem if I needed to buy groceries or eat). The service was good (check-in was nice and quick, and the front desk lady was very polite. However, the check-out lady seemed a bit busy, so she had a sullen look. Fortunately, her tone wasn't too rude. After checking in, if I had any room issues, I called the front desk and needed help, and they were promptly answered. When someone comes, the housekeeper will proactively ask if we need to clean up every day. Room amenities (large feeling of space, the TV can mirror your phone's screen, which is very clear and convenient to use, the curtains are automatic, and there are robots delivering food. However, the bathroom design isn't particularly good; it sometimes leaks after showering. The bed is a bit soft, and it takes a long time for the mattress to return to its normal shape after lying on it for too long. It might not be very springy. Everything else in the room was fine. I haven't used the hotel facilities outside the room, so I'm not sure.) To sum up, this price is a 6.5 out of 10.

I felt very good last time, so I will continue to stay. I am very satisfied with the furnishings, the hardness of the bed, the sofa, etc. of the hotel room. The hotel is very generous. In addition to giving away 2 bottles of mineral water, they also gave away Coke and Sprite. There are 2 points that I hope the hotel will pay attention to and improve: 1. There are too few staff for breakfast. There are many guests dining that day. It takes a long time to cook noodles and omelettes. It is recommended that the hotel add staff during the morning rush hour. 2. On that day I was blocked by the hotel supplier's truck for more than ten minutes and could not leave the hotel (as shown in the photo). When I checked out, I found the truck. At that time, I told the front desk guy that I could wait for three to five minutes and told him that I was waiting in the car, but after five minutes , the truck did not move. I went back to the hotel and asked how long I had to wait. The guy said I had to wait a little longer. After waiting for more than ten minutes, I really couldn't stand it anymore. I went into the hotel again and found that the guy was communicating with another staff member. Seeing that I was very anxious, he asked me to move the stone pier from the pedestrian entrance of the main entrance of the hotel and drive out! I was shocked and helpless at the time. I could have gotten out by asking the truck driver to move the truck a little, but I ended up having to move the stone pillars myself and get out through the pedestrian entrance! This is actually a small matter, the staff should have actively coordinated and helped the guests solve the problem, but they did the exact opposite, leaving the guests waiting for more than ten minutes. I think this is very wrong, and I hope the hotel will strengthen its training.
