I absolutely loved my stay at the Royal Garden Hotel. The hotel is clean and beautiful, the service is great and the staff is helpful, kind and friendly. On my first day I ordered food to my room and because it was busy (May holiday rush) my food took a while to arrive but the duty manager Mr King came to assure me that, that's not the kind of service I should expect from them going forward and to apologize for the delay. Needless to say, I enjoyed my full stay there without any problems. The front desk staff was also helpful whenever I needed help with anything. I'll definitely visit again.

During the Qingming Festival, I went outing with my family. As I have a puppy, chain hotels are not very convenient. This hotel has a pet room and a special dog kennel. Very considerate service! The front desk delayed check-in by ten minutes due to room cleaning, and also specially gave a breakfast with rich varieties! There are many people on holidays, and the freshly cooked soup noodles are a bit in short supply! But it is understandable, I may consider staying again next weekend!

The hotel's location is absolutely superb and incredibly convenient; Songshan Lake Scenic Area is just 200 meters to the left from the exit. It's also very close to Vanke Life Plaza and Central Park, and the Yulanli Cultural and Art District is only a 15-minute walk away. With shopping areas and attractions all within easy reach, exploring the area won't tire you out. The hotel boasts a modern style, making it quite photogenic. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and spotlessly clean, featuring smart room controls and a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. A mini-fridge in the room was perfect for a refreshing cold drink in this weather. During check-in, the front desk even upgraded my room for free! All the drinks were complimentary, and there were welcome snacks upon arrival. Overall, it was a truly pleasant stay. I'll definitely be back next time.

The Hyatt Regency Dongguan offers a very comfortable and relaxing stay, and the staff’s ability to communicate in English was a big plus, making everything more convenient. I particularly enjoyed having breakfast outdoors while watching the sunrise—it was such a serene and memorable experience. The staff went out of their way to accommodate this request, which I truly appreciated. The breakfast itself was decent, with a nice variety to start the day on a positive note. However, one downside was that no one assisted me with my luggage. My room was quite far from the main reception, and dragging my suitcase all the way across the carpeted floors was a bit frustrating. Despite this, the property’s design and ambiance were wonderful, offering a peaceful and quiet getaway. With a little extra attention to guest assistance, this could be an even better experience.

I'd like to share my experience staying at Banyan Tree Dongguan Songshan Lake. Our stay there was truly superb. For anyone looking to escape the hustle and bustle of Shenzhen city life, but without the hassle of traveling too far or expending too much energy, this hotel is the most effortless and ideal choice for a relaxing getaway. From the moment we arrived, a friendly security guard promptly opened our car door. A female bellhop then proactively assisted with our luggage and guided us to the front desk. The reception staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. The entire check-in process was smooth, swift, and comfortable, feeling as seamless as a dream. What truly stood out and deserves special commendation was the exceptional service from the front desk staff. After exchanging contact information, one particular staff member took care of us throughout our entire stay with incredible attentiveness. Their care was apparent morning, noon, and night. In the morning, they would greet us, share hotel information, and even advise on the best time to check-in to avoid waiting. Around midday, they'd follow up to ensure our room experience was satisfactory. In the evening, they'd kindly remind us to close the balcony door, as the hotel's lakeside and mountainous setting sometimes attracts 'little critters' like mosquitoes and other small animals. Their post-check-in service left us thoroughly impressed and extremely satisfied. They consistently demonstrated professionalism and meticulously handled all our arrangements through detailed communication. This proactive, 'go-the-extra-mile' service deeply touched us as guests. Such dedication solidified our appreciation for the hotel's professionalism, truly demonstrating that attention to detail makes all the difference. The hotel room itself was incredibly spacious, measuring over 70 square meters. It felt huge and expansive, providing more than enough space for the two of us. During evening turn-down service, the room was infused with Banyan Tree's signature essential oils and aromatherapy scents, which was incredibly soothing – exactly the kind of sensory luxury you'd expect from such a brand. The bed was large, and the bedding exceptionally comfortable. Coupled with the soft, warm lighting, it created a perfect ambiance for sleep. As someone who often struggles with insomnia, I found myself drifting off quickly and comfortably that night without any trouble. The in-room toiletries were Banyan Tree's exclusive products, which we absolutely loved. The shampoo, in particular, left my hair feeling wonderfully voluminous. I was so impressed that I immediately ordered some online after returning home. While the overall footprint of the hotel grounds isn't massive, the walk from the lobby to the Chinese restaurant takes about 7 minutes, which was actually quite pleasant. The landscaping along the way is beautifully maintained, and we even spotted two charming geese – a delightful little surprise! The hotel's design and decor are incredibly photogenic, with a color palette that makes for stunning pictures. We spent a joyous day exploring the hotel with our camera, snapping photos everywhere, and honestly felt like there wasn't enough time. The hotel also offers bicycle rentals, costing around 50 RMB per bike per hour. Since we were only there for a short 2-day, 1-night stay, we didn't have enough time to rent bikes and explore the surroundings. Overall, our stay experience at the hotel was excellent. This vacation, complete with mountains, a lake, the Banyan Tree Dongguan Songshan Lake's exceptional service, and our joyful memories, was truly unforgettable.

The overall hotel is very good. As soon as you enter the hotel, you can feel the hospitality of the front desk. The room is also very clean and comfortable with complete facilities. The washing machine and dryer on the second floor are very useful. There are also robots delivering food, which is very convenient. I will choose this hotel next time😄😄

In the morning, it was just a 10-minute taxi ride to Songshan Lake for a run, and there are also various dining options conveniently located downstairs. Breakfast was good; while not a vast selection, the items were high quality and thoughtfully chosen. A special shout-out to the noodle station – the chef was incredibly friendly, offering fresh beef and beef brisket. The coffee machine was also excellent. I highly recommend this hotel, whether you're traveling for business or just looking for a relaxing weekend getaway. I will definitely be staying here again next time!!

Staying at this hotel is purely a temporary decision, I didn't expect too much to exceed expectations. The location is really convenient, shopping nearby is very convenient, the room is quite spacious, the hygiene is also very clean, the bedding has no smell, the pillow is soft and hard, the rest is very good, the bathroom hot water comes quickly, the water pressure is sufficient, This is too important for people like me who are afraid of trouble. The front desk lady was very good, asked what was delicious nearby, and took out a paper and pen to write a recommendation, and did not grind when checking out.
