From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made us feel right at home. The rooms were impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after our daily adventures. It was clear that the hotel prioritizes cleanliness and guest comfort, which is always a plus for families. One of the highlights of our stay was the fantastic swimming pool. It was the perfect spot for us to relax and unwind, with enough space for everyone to enjoy. My family absolutely loved it, and we spent many joyful afternoons splashing around together. The location of the Royal Garden Hotel is another significant advantage. It's easily accessible, making it convenient for exploring nearby attractions and getting around the area without any hassle. Overall, my family had a wonderful time, and we truly enjoyed every aspect of our stay. During the Qingming Festival, I went outing with my family. As I have a puppy, chain hotels are not very convenient. This hotel has a pet room and a special dog kennel. Very considerate service! The front desk delayed check-in by ten minutes due to room cleaning, and also specially gave a breakfast with rich varieties! There are many people on holidays, and the freshly cooked soup noodles are a bit in short supply! But it is understandable, I may consider staying again next weekend!

Not much option in the area. Staffs are helpful and welcoming. If you are foreign speakers, they try their best to help you. Breakfast is so so.. coffee is no no

Very near my meeting venue with a variety of food options all within walking distance. Very clean and very good cuatomer service as well. Recommended.

My 2-day trip to Songshan Lake had its ups and downs. The natural scenery and the lake itself were beautiful, but there were a lot of issues. I booked a Hilton room for 500 RMB a night. The room was clean and tidy, and the decor was very new. However, the view outside the window was nothing but a construction site. The soundproofing was terrible; I could hear the people in the next room talking even at 1 AM – it was a nightmare! When we drove to the Songshan Lake scenic area, we couldn't find any parking. We found one intersection, but it was difficult for cars to pass each other, causing a huge traffic jam. We ended up parking outside with a local who rents out bikes, and he charged us 15 RMB for a QR code to pay. It was a 20-minute walk to the scenic area, and the path was unpaved and very dusty. Even my child complained, saying they'd never come back to this place again. The management is poor; the lakeside lawns were packed with tents, people selling snacks, all doing their own thing, renting out space for business with no one in charge.

The room was clean and tidy, but a bit small. Since we were traveling with children, we had a lot of requests, and the staff were very patient. Xiao Hua and Xiao Duo in the buffet restaurant were very diligent and enthusiastic, though the variety of dishes in the restaurant was quite limited. The kids really liked them, though. Even though the hotel is small, we had a great experience. Both the management and service staff are very cohesive and there's no sense of them trying to pass the buck. I hope they continue to improve!

Very modern and new. I always like the design of the rooms of Banyantree. I stayed in the villa which has private pool and an outdoor bathtub. Service quality is also very good. The manager, Mia, added us on wechat so we can communicate quite frequently when we have requests. There is a very big lake nearby. It has a jogging lake around the lake, highly recommended

The hotel is near the lake, which makes its location ok if you are willing to visit it. If you would go to the downtown, then the location is terrible because it takes an hour to arrive by car. Around the hotel there’s not much. The room is nice with planty of amenities (kitchenware, washing machine, etc.) but not super clean (found hair in the bathtub). Breakfast is not up to the standards and it’s quite poor. Swimming pool is okish, nothing fancy and not very deep (just 1.2m). The guy working there staring at you all the time is not pleasant too. Would I come back? I guess not.

Health: Very clean! Environment: The breakfast is pretty good and there are no crowds. Service: The waiter responded to the problem and solved it quickly. I need cleaning here, and the problem was solved quickly after the waiter responded! Overall, it’s a good experience as a business trip choice.
