Traveled for business. This is my 6th time staying at this hotel. Recap: location is good, near metro, near Humen station. Clean lobby, friendly reception. Room is clean, comfortable bed, and spacious. Highly recommend for the low price.

The staff at the counter are very friendly and polite. The layout and facilities of the room are very complete and comfortable. Amazing Hotel Highly Recommend. All staff super friendly and helpful - rooms great size - bathrooms fantastic. Stayed here for 5 nights on business trip. Breakfast buffet caters for all and evening buffet was pretty good too. Evening entertainment every night was nice to have in bar area for after work relaxation and fun. Checkout was quick - Cindy was super helpful on front desk.

A large beautiful hotel. Perhaps not new and not super modern, but maintains a high level of service. Excellent restaurant downstairs, attentive staff. The pool and gym are a little tired, but probably because they are not very popular.

Regular guests, the service is very good. Because of business trips, I often stay in this hotel. The aunt can help wash clothes, dry them, fold them and send them back to the room. Very warm and friendly to us business travelers. Recommended. Breakfast is also very good, especially freshly ground coffee.

Very impress with the hotel brand. I never stayed in a hotel room with my own massage chair. They have attention to detail. The most important thing was the comfortable bed and customized pillow, which got me sleep for 7 hours all the way. The things that can improve is the hot water not hot enough and bidet didn't work. Everything else was wow.

The previous room was very large, and this time the room was not as big as the previous one. However, the service attitude of the young man at the front desk was very, very good, and the other environments were also very good. Moreover, this time the refrigerator was not even powered on and was broken. There was a musty smell when I opened it. I was super satisfied when I came here on May 2.

The hotel lobby is grand and beautiful. Chinese and Western food are located on both sides of the lobby. The Chinese morning tea is good. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and thoughtful. They proactively introduced the hotel's swimming pool garden and self-service laundry room. The room has been upgraded. The service lady on the floor was also very enthusiastic during my stay. She took the initiative to ask questions. Do not add mineral water. A good experience and good value for money.
