The front desk staff especially Cindy was very welcoming and it is always good to see her smile. Her attitude and service is excellent.

The amenities are a little old but the staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was clean.

I found this hotel in Dongguan through an internet search. Although there weren’t many reviews, which made me a bit concerned, my worries disappeared the moment I checked in. From the first impression to my two-day stay, it exceeded even five-star hotels. The rooms and bathrooms were immaculately clean, the staff incredibly friendly, and the service exceptionally fast. Everything was absolutely perfect. If I visit Dongguan again, I will 100% stay here. I sincerely want to express my gratitude to the staff for their excellent service.

The hotel lobby is grand and beautiful. Chinese and Western food are located on both sides of the lobby. The Chinese morning tea is good. The front desk staff are enthusiastic and thoughtful. They proactively introduced the hotel's swimming pool garden and self-service laundry room. The room has been upgraded. The service lady on the floor was also very enthusiastic during my stay. She took the initiative to ask questions. Do not add mineral water. A good experience and good value for money.

I loved the decor of the hotel rooms. Guests have free access to the gym and laundry room. The rooms are clean, tidy, warm, and spacious. The location is excellent, right next to a shopping mall and a subway station. There's ample parking, the cleaning staff is friendly, and the front desk lady is very welcoming. The price is also very reasonable, making it a great value! The room facilities are very complete, clean, and tidy, and all daily necessities are available. I felt incredibly comfortable during my stay, with absolutely no inconveniences. Overall, this was a wonderful stay and I'm completely satisfied. I would recommend it to everyone!

Love the food choices and park scenary. This location offers convenient access to Shenzhen city via the Humen High-Speed Rail which is 1 MTR statiOn away. The front desk and cleaning staff are exceptional, eager to assist and meet any needs to the best of their ability. I look forward to visiting again.
