在全國住了很多酒店，第一次入住東莞花園酒店，酒店外觀宏偉壯觀，但是裏面環境真的是一言難盡，房間裏面環境很陳舊，衞生間門都是壞的，電視機不能開，電話機不能用，每次有事需要找前台，都要從6樓走下去求助. 住了2個晚上，昨天晚上終於忍不住，去前台問電視機怎麼打不開，回覆是電視機壞了. 電話機不能用是因為電話線給老鼠咬壞了，維修不了. 昨晚因為小朋友半夜咳嗽嘔吐，把吃進去的草莓吐出來，半夜給我們換個房間，要我們給30塊錢的清洗費，我們二話沒説把錢給了，換到7樓一個小的房間，一股發黴味. 結果今天退房的時候，説昨晚嘔吐的不是草莓，是血…. 要再給100塊錢的清洗費，怎樣怎樣，當時我們是拒絕的，為什麼昨晚上已經給了，還要再給一次，她們回覆是被子搞臟了，血跡洗不掉，我當時很生氣，什麼血跡，明明是吐出來的草莓，馬上過年了，你們酒店服務人員素質這麼差嗎？能吐出來這麼多血，不一早報警叫救護車了嗎？….. 請大家以後擦亮眼睛，不要住這間垃圾酒店，服務差，環境差，衞生差，裏面設施陳舊，衞生條件差. 一股發黴的味道.

前台服務員態度差，要求多拿一張卡，給我們一張寫着「烂卡」的房卡🤨。
房間電話壞掉了，打電話去前台說壞掉是正常的😅。
房間燈具鋪滿塵，洗手間抹臉毛巾脫線發黑😦。
8樓的泳池冬天沒開，房間的桑拿功能不能開🫤。
不過床褥軟硬度適中，有足夠多的枕頭🙌🏻👍🏻。
花灑台階很滑，愛人滑倒摔倒了🤕。
第二天吃早餐被告知沒有拿早餐券，昨天問了說不用早餐券，還要多走一趟😵。但是味道還是不錯的👍🏻。

看得出來幾年前的輝煌，但是現在入住真的很破舊，發黴和破舊充斥整個酒店，進房間打了三個噴嚏。
300的價格其實不應該，可能是來這個地方的人真的太少了吧。
