房間設施和服務都非常不錯，唯一遺憾的是室內恆温泳池水温太低，孩子在水裡凍得發抖，玩了一會兒就走了，希望酒店認真傾聽一下住客的意見，因為看到以前也有客人反映這一點。

週末度假，第一次入住，環境很好，但對我來説還是有點熱鬧（小孩子太多，還碰上籃球夏令營），所以打算安靜休息兩天的，一出酒店就覺得些許吵鬧。睡覺休息，酒店的床枕頭都很合適，但空調系統風聲有點大，習慣了在家睡眠模式幾乎是無聲的空調。酒店早餐豐富，莞臻園吃飯感覺也不錯。
