過來前一個小時就已經打電話確認了，結果到了就説不能升級房型，又要叫我們多加錢。後來加了錢，入住之後，一打開門就有異味，地上好多小蟲子和蟑螂。蚊香液也不管用，晚上睡覺特別多蚊子。空調開着突然自己自動關了，特別熱，後面才發現空調是壞的。衞生很糟糕，前台態度也不好，特別難溝通。而且床上還有很多毛髮，真的一言難盡
