1. 服務員懶懶散散，毫無服務意識。
2.黴味刺鼻：從電梯到房間走廊，巨大黴味，房間內也散不掉，環境堪憂。
3. 床頭無插座：2025年了，床頭一側竟無插座，另一側插座安裝的巨遠，充電極其不便，設計反人類。
4. 早餐冰涼：所有熱食（炒蛋香腸等）全是涼的，連標註的熱牛奶倒出來也不熱
5. 洗澡水龍頭出水的空少的可憐
