前台服務人員十問九不知，搞了很久才拿到酒店房咭，備注訊息有沒有關注，幸好有清潔房間的姨姨熱心幫忙才解決問題。泳池比較細，有泡泡趴，救生員很多時候都在玩電話⋯⋯跟塘夏三正半山差得太遠。不過一分錢一分貨。
自助晚餐性價比偏高，也有很好吃的東西，268兩位成人也是很合理。
兒童樂園還好，清潔的叔叔姨姨非常非常友善。

很老很老的酒店，也不知道這個F座這麼差的，房間在三樓，房間頂上放着整個酒店的空調外機，剛開始以為是空調聲音大，後來關了空調，還是很吵，才想起來白天看到房頂外面一個巨大的外機，還不是一台機器，應該是整個酒店的所有外機都在這裏聚集。房間的設施非常老舊，沒有電話，熱水開關不會開，還用手機打了前台電話來幫忙調整，床墊硬的就跟硬板床一樣，牆壁開關有個壞的，設施真的好老，第二天一早果斷去前台換房間，好説歹説升級了一個1103房間，還好，比較安靜，床鋪也軟的，就是電視頻道實際的跟電視機顯示的頻道不一樣，第一次遇到。也是醉了😵💫酒店外觀看着是度假酒店風格，自己體會吧
