Clean room, great service and free laundry service. 2 breakfast included.

2nd stayed. During our 1st stayed, we request to left some of our luggages with the hotel for few days before moving on for a short visit to Shanwei. The 2 sweet reception counter staffs provided great services. Big thanks to them. Fruits and cakes delivered to room by mini robot.

It’s to much good to stay in this hoyel

Walking distance to Changping station. Good for one night stay

The hotel has a good location and good front desk service. It is my first choice every time I go on a business trip.

The hotel is located in a bustling and lively street. There are many businesses nearby. It is not a problem to eat, drink and have fun. The room is simple and clean. The bed is a bit hard. Other things are fine. The breakfast is not bad. For us, migrant workers who are on a business trip, we can have such a rich meal in the morning. The breakfast was already great! The price is also very reasonable. I will stay here again if I have the opportunity next time I go on a business trip! !

I have stayed at Burj Al Arab in the past. The room was very good during my last experience, but the attitude of the waiters was not that great. This time the lady at the front desk who checked in and checked out was very polite and her service was warm and friendly. But this time it gave me a very strange room. As soon as I entered the door, I couldn't find the place to plug in the card and get the power supply, but there was a step on the right side of the door. In this situation with no light, I almost fell to death. Also, when I went to the bathroom at night, I didn't pay attention when I entered the bathroom. I almost fell to my death when I was going down a step. I hope you won’t give me this kind of room shape next time.

Suitable for business trips

This is just my own lightning protection sticker. There is a strong smell of cigarettes in the room on the 5th floor. I don't know why the air conditioner is very loud. The hotel is also very old. There is loud music at 1 o'clock when I sleep at night. I don't know where it comes from. It's very noisy. Maybe the hotel is too old. There are dirt in different places. The TV is also very small. The advantage is that it is very big. When I went to have breakfast in the morning, the staff said that someone had registered my room number and had eaten. I was a little confused.

The room is nice and spacious. The only regret is that you can hear any noise or conversation from the upstairs and downstairs neighbors. It's too noisy. The soundproofing is ridiculously poor.

The environment has nothing to do with the hotel! But the area outside the hotel stinks! Several streets in Swan Lake are littered with garbage! When I woke up in the morning, there was a stinky smell at the mouths of all the roads and drains! It’s time for all hotels to respond to the government!

Good service, high cost performance, first hotel

Overall it's OK, the room is big enough, the facilities are complete, and the window has a wide view. The mattress is average in comfort, the bedside stool is poor, the chaise longue and chairs are not very new, and the quality is also average. The wallpaper is torn and the hygiene is average. The TV is small, the effect is average, the number of channels is average, just basic, and the jade channel is also a castrated version. The central air conditioner is noisy, and the lowest gear is the same. Shopping downstairs, the transportation is quite convenient, and the breakfast is not bad for this price. The biggest problem is parking. There are not many parking spaces at all, and the reception service of the peripheral parking is not good enough, impolite and unenthusiastic, which must be improved. Customers cancel their stay directly when they have no place to park.

The room rate is over 100 yuan, which is OK. I heard there is free laundry but I didn't try it. The view from the high-rise room is nice, but unfortunately the phone is broken and the picture can't be transferred. The only drawback is that the breakfast supply is insufficient. There is nothing to eat later, which is different from the promotional photos.
