I happened to see a newly opened apartment nearby with my friends. It is newly renovated and has a very good environment. It also has a refrigerator and washing machine. The key is that it is not expensive. I have made a lot of money. Haha, give it a thumbs up and I am satisfied!

This is the warmest homestay I have ever stayed in, and it feels like home. The landlord and boss are very enthusiastic. The facilities in the homestay are very complete. You can cast screens to watch movies. The picture quality is very clear. Members can watch it for free! There are books in the room, and there is a reading corner downstairs, so you can read it at will. Every corner of the outdoor area on the first floor of the homestay is very nicely furnished like the world in a comic book. #Health is very clean and tidy! #Service downstairs aunt is very warm and kind #Location traffic location is convenient and easy to find, just next to the school #Cost-effective price is very suitable, the price is too high!

設施：設施方面比較老舊了，維也納酒店基本都是這個樣子。設備、裝修風格啥的各方面都是破破舊舊的，但總體入住還行。就是那個熱水器放了起碼得2分鐘才會出熱水，其他的也沒用到什麼設施，就比較老舊那個樣子。 衞生：衞生情況還是可以的，集團化標準。房間、床品什麼的都是挺到位的，睡覺不會覺得不舒服。 環境：環境一般吧，但是值得一提的是它的房間實在是太大了，太太太大了。非常好，這個價格有這種體驗很舒服。而且停車場車位非常多，停車也免費，完全Ok的。 服務：服務還可以，也沒有體驗到啥服務。這次是商務出行，這家很可以的，位置也不錯。

Come to Dongguan for a business trip, choose a hotel casually, I didn't expect it to be good. The hotel is not big, the decoration style is very stylish, the facilities are complete, and it is not noisy to sleep at night. There is free parking nearby, and there are many choices for eating downstairs. The front desk boss is very enthusiastic, very patient, worthy of praise, will choose here for business trips in the future.

This is the fourth time I’ve stayed at this hotel. Great location in Dongguan with one of the best pools in the city. The breakfast and hotel restaurant are decent quality as well.

Great place to stay. Friendly staff, they speak English too. The area is perfect. Walking distance from a huge shopping mall and several others around. More shops nearby too. They have a basketball court right there, just outside the hotel grounds. Very entertaining.

The hotel is very nice! ! ! The front desk service is also in place! ! Facilities: Great! The sound is great! Hygiene: Hygiene is also very clean! ! Environment: The environment is super good! Service: The front desk service attitude is very good! I was told to change rooms and I changed them immediately! Highly recommended when visiting the Guomao area!

Recently renovated and they have done a great job - especially the lobby and restaurant. The rooms are large and well equipped but they are very mean with the tea/coffee giving just 1 small coffee sachet (enough for half a cup) but providing 2 cups. However, they are happy to send extra but in the standard of hotel you should not need to ask. RIP the mini bar - they used to have a great mini bar with snacks, wine/beer etc. Now it is a fridge with a couple of bottle of soft drinks. On the subject of alcohol - the old Carmens bar which had several pool tables and a relaxed atmosphere - has now closed and replaced with what is intended to be a lobby bar but looks more like a bottle museum. The lighting is way too bright for a bar - it's pretty much floodlight so if you want a nice cozy relaxing drink forget it. They have a trolley full of great booze tucked away in the side room - various spirits, liqueurs. They need to set them up on the virtually empty shelves and at least try and make it look like bar. Final gripe is the staff in this brilliantly lit bar have zero interest in what they are doing. Not a single smile or any expression of anything on both evenings I was there. Just a blank stare then back to the phone screen. The breakfast was excellent as were the staff - very helpful and smiley. Front desk were also great. However, to be considered of a International standard (they plan to join a major chain soon) they really need to improve spoken English
