The hotel is 15 minutes walk away from Dongguan Railway station, if coming out from exit C. Once at the entrance of the lobby, you will be greeted with a grand European look. The room is spacious with comfortable bed, 2 comfortable chairs and great shower with the water pressure that I like. Air conditioner was good especially it is still hot in Dongguan at 30 cels! It also allow pets to visit, which is great, as long one take care of it's hygiene. 😊

When we left the hotel, the hotel manager Fan saw that we were having trouble booking a taxi. It was very inconvenient for Hong Kong people to book a taxi. He took the initiative to find a way to help and solve the problem. We arrived safely and the service was first-class.
Later, I found that the wedding brochure was left in the room. Ms. Chen at the front desk helped search for it in the room and found it. Thank you very much. From knowing that it was left to finding it in a short time, the hotel is very efficient and the staff is trustworthy.

The first time I checked in, the room type was the same as the one shown in the purchase pictures. The price comparison is very good. I will definitely choose Kingston again if I come to Shilong. The living experience in room 8402 is very good. I like the fried rice noodles for breakfast on the third floor. It is convenient to eat, drink and take public transportation nearby. Highly recommended! 😁😁 There is a big park next to it, you can go for a walk. You can also check out Modern Plaza~ 👍

Clean and tidy! The corridor looks like a landscape from a distance! The girl at the front desk is also very warm and generous! The room is also smart! The size of the room is just right for two people. It is clean and hygienic and has no odor. The decoration is quite nice. The toilet is smart and can warm your butt. I like my favorite toiletries. I checked that they are British brands and I like the scent. I immediately I ordered a set myself and was very satisfied except that the bed was too soft for us.

Must give a good review. I came to Wanda for a business trip with my friends. The hotel environment is very good. It is about 30 meters next to Wanda Plaza. Shopping is very convenient. I came here by subway. It is next to Dongcheng Subway Station. The transportation is very convenient. The rooms are clean and the service is very good. Good. The facilities and equipment are complete. The rooms are all smart. The curtains, lighting, TV, and air conditioners are all smart switches. The design and decoration are very particular. Most of the rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, and you can also see the scenery outside. I sleep very well at night, and it smells very good in the morning. The breakfast is also delicious, with many varieties. You can eat my favorite yogurt, which is all you can eat. The service of the lady at the front desk is also very good. I asked her to wake me up at 6 o'clock in the morning. She always called me on time in the morning. I got up and said it was 6 o'clock in the morning and told me not to waste time. TThomasThis hotel has some very good features that I was very happy with and some less important issues that are not deal breakers.
First, the very good: USB charge ports (USB-A, USB-C) on both sides of the bed; absolute black-out curtains keep the room totally dark; both firm and soft pillows supplied; controllable air-conditioning/heating; a window that can be opened; stable temperature hot water; friendly staff; fantastic location (quiet, clean neighborhood, lots of restaurants, close to metro); large shower area with choice of shower head; firm (but not rock-hard) mattress; four bottles of drinking water supplied each day; and, most importantly, all rooms are non-smoking. This last point is more common in the major cities but not expected in Dongguan. (Beware of other hotels with ”some non-smoking rooms” - this means that both smoking AND not smoking in these rooms is permitted.) I did not sample the breakfast menu. The not-so-good in the room is the limited control of internal room lighting. The minimal setting is bright enough for most use and there is no way to set the internal lighting very low. There is no pen/paper supplied, and no phone in the room. You are expected to use WeChat to communicate with front-desk. The good thing about this is WeChat's builtin translation facility. The staff don't speak English (and neither do I expect them to as this isn't really a hotel for foreign travelers). There is a self-service laundry with four washing machine and drier sets on level 3A. These are free to use and (apparently) have self-dosing detergent. I never had to wait to use this facility. Level 3A (the forth floor, in reality) is shared by the hotel with a billiards club so the hotel lifts are often occupied with non-hotel customers who do smoke, so this level can smell stale at times. (I stayed on another floor and experienced no issues with air quality. In summary, I would certainly stay here again the next time I visit Dongguan.

From the moment I arrived, I noticed the soothing music playing throughout the hotel, creating a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The entire hotel also smelled wonderful, which added to the overall pleasant experience.Although I don't speak Chinese and the staff didn't speak English, they were incredibly kind and went out of their way to assist me. They helped me navigate various things, like arranging taxis and giving me suggestions on where to go. Their willingness to help despite the language barrier was truly impressive.The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, offering a wide variety of options. Most importantly, the room was spotless, which is something I value greatly. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and friendly place to stay.

MMr. MoThis is definitely the best hotel in the area that offers the most value, and I’ve stayed in more expensive ones.
The staff is super friendly and helpful. All smiles, and the atmosphere is just happy.
The location is amazing. Right in the middle of the market and food street, and a Mac Donald’s very close by. There is even a swimming pool, KTV, and pool tables right next door.
They have a fridge. Yes, for this price they have a fridge. They have a nice small gym and a laundry room for your clothes.
The rooms are clean and well decorated. The beds and pillow are super comfy. Each bed has a soft and a hard pillow. Amazing for those with neck pain.
The hotel is big, clean, with lots of walking room and socializing areas, a bar, and even a coffee counter for the caffeine *******.
If you smoke (I don’t) there are even some smoking rooms.
If you’re in that area, that’s where you should stay.

NNgThe hotel is only 600 metres away from the nearest Metro Station. The room rate is competitive. The room is clean and tidy. All amenities inside the room is in good condition, except that water leak out from the shower room to the place in front of the room main door. The buffet breakfast has a wide choice of food. The front desk receptionist is courteous and helpful.

GGuest UserRecently renovated and they have done a great job - especially the lobby and restaurant. The rooms are large and well equipped but they are very mean with the tea/coffee giving just 1 small coffee sachet (enough for half a cup) but providing 2 cups. However, they are happy to send extra but in the standard of hotel you should not need to ask.
RIP the mini bar - they used to have a great mini bar with snacks, wine/beer etc. Now it is a fridge with a couple of bottle of soft drinks.
On the subject of alcohol - the old Carmens bar which had several pool tables and a relaxed atmosphere - has now closed and replaced with what is intended to be a lobby bar but looks more like a bottle museum. The lighting is way too bright for a bar - it's pretty much floodlight so if you want a nice cozy relaxing drink forget it. They have a trolley full of great booze tucked away in the side room - various spirits, liqueurs. They need to set them up on the virtually empty shelves and at least try and make it look like bar. Final gripe is the staff in this brilliantly lit bar have zero interest in what they are doing. Not a single smile or any expression of anything on both evenings I was there. Just a blank stare then back to the phone screen.
The breakfast was excellent as were the staff - very helpful and smiley. Front desk were also great. However, to be considered of a International standard (they plan to join a major chain soon) they really need to improve spoken English

VVipin Seth Xie WeipingMost of the experience was good in terms of rooms facilities and cleanliness etc. But service was the food is big question. There was no menu in the room. English speak staff was a big challenge.
I ordered food twice. In the afternoon time the food served was not warm enough. The Spaghetti Bolognaise the sauce wasn't confident and the meat mince was very tough. The Malaysian curry rice was nice. The Fruit platter was also okay...though the selection of fruits was very limited.
The dinner time, was even worse, they did not serve my ordered dish, they could not cancel the order, the replacement they gave to us was not cooked properly did not taste good. Both the soup were okay. moreover the communication with the hotel staff wasn't comfortable. if they did not have a particular dish they should have removed it from the digital menu and if not should have been able to cancel the order. The alternative to the dish was very ordinary. In total I spent over RMB 546 on food. I think it wasn't worth the money spent. So, Good location, cleanliness and facilities ..but service and quality of food...not good...so, a lot of improvement can be done.

HHuiLocation: Situated near several mini shopping malls, offering a plethora of shopping, dining, and beverage options. I Would suggest going to Shanghai (something) if you want to get your clothes washed. You can pick it up the next day. (Make a left when you walk out of the hotel, keep walking until you see a bank and turn left. It has a blue sign). Much cheaper compared to the hotel. There's a nail salon, spa place, and massage within 5 minutes of walking (also walk left when you come out of the hotel, make a left again)
Cleanliness: We encountered no cleanliness issues during our stay.
Service: The front desk staff was notably friendly and helpful.
Facilities: The hotel boasts an array of facilities including a swimming pool, gym, outdoor garden, Japanese restaurant, Chinese restaurant, buffet area, and spa. While there have been recent changes such as a rotation of dim sum and buffet options, and a downsizing of the buffet, our overall experience was quite satisfactory. This hotel has been our go-to choice whenever we return to Shijie.

EElenaThe hotel looks beautiful, renovated, nicely decorated and facilitated. The furniture is very decent, according to the classic style of the hotel. The cleaning service is extraordinary.The breakfast provided could be more assorted and decent. Gym is pretty old, however it's convenient. The steam room and the sauna are too small, could be arranged better. The communication with the staff in English is very problematic, but electronic dictionaries saved us many times. Overall we were very satisfied with the hotel and will be back if we have still things to do with at Dongguan.

CChiuThe room is large enough for a family of four. There is also a mahjong table. The landscape opens up towards Kande Hotel. There is no TV, only projection, and you can use your mobile phone to project the screen. The transportation is convenient and there are many restaurants and shopping nearby. A good stay
