住的是公寓，房間裝修很普通，出租房的感覺，完全沒有度假感。意外的是離泡温泉很遠，沒有小車接送，拿着行李箱走過去要經歷沿海的大風吹！真的很冷很累很狼狽，進屋臉吹的通紅。
温泉室外的都沒有開，可惜！溶洞也沒有開泡池，暖氣也沒有，忍着凍走進去看了一眼，可惜！休息室有部分燈都沒打開，可惜！晚上的招牌自助餐也沒開，衹能單點，可惜！
總之花了温泉票，竟然衹體驗了四分之一的樂趣，感覺很不值啊，應該退票的，如果遊客不多不全部開放全部園區，不如不開放，或者降低票價。在不知情的情況下，特意趕這麼多路，卻是這樣的體驗，客人肯定會失望的

別墅離温泉遠，並沒有兩天門票，第二天早上想去，條件是十點前退房才可以，淘氣堡收錢，麻將室收錢，除了汗蒸，啥都額外收錢。房間設施陳舊，衹有一個不好用的電磁爐，蒸海鮮水都不開。第二天退房扣了20按金，不知道為什麼。1700的房間，扣20塊錢，是什麼意思？打掃費？

總體來説，體驗感極差。
我第一次來玩是大約七八年前，那個時候度假村剛剛建成，民宿和各項設施都比較齊全。
這一次屬於是故地重遊，我住的是13號樓一單元K1002。晚上到的，剛開始泡澡，房間就停電了，不到兩個小時的時間，停了四次電，後來打客服電話，才來人給修，折騰了幾次，都着涼了，更鬧心的事，前台不用心解決問題，衹説了一句抱歉。
本來想好的，出來散散心，結果心情更糟了。
總結一下，北黃海由於年久失修，各項設施陳舊，客服的服務態度極差。

有點意外。房間很暖和，還有温泉可以在入住期間不限次數體驗。酒店的餐廳還不錯（早餐除外）應該來説價格可接受口味也還不錯。
吐槽的點感覺有兩個，一個是自助早餐真的太水了，有種大學食堂的感覺。二是退房當天的温泉，你要去泡就要9點或10點退房，這個有點不合理。衹要確保12點退房就行了唄。
