Dongducheon Hotel Hero

The facility looked clean and nice in the photos, but the person checking in didn't check the reservation properly, missed the hotel reservation, and gave the room to someone else. This is the first time I've ever experienced such an absurd thing while traveling. Even though I wrote it in English on the app, the hotel was more at fault for not checking properly, but the hotel just apologized and didn't compensate, and instead, the app took care of the compensation. The check-in time was an hour late due to the hotel's fault, but the check-out time was strictly enforced, which was the most absurd. I intentionally reserved a room because there were two computers, but one of the computers in the first room I went into didn't even turn on, and when I moved to another room, the internet was so slow that I couldn't even play the games I wanted to play. This is truly the worst hotel in my life.
