Took a small family vaccay.. was booked in this property almost after 20 years .. service is disappointing. Mr Peter the hotel GM though was a thoroughbred hotel veteran.

Very good staff & rooms was nice, food taste was not super but ok. Beach is also nearby hotel. I will recommend this hotel for budget stay.

Stay is okay but the facility cleanliness and hygiene need improvement
washroom sanitary fittings are old and need to replace
provided breakfast items are very limited items need to add more items since levied additional charges in room tariff for breakfast

nice stay with Average bathrooms. Bathrooms are very old alike. But room is very good with a nice city view

The room was not cleaned. There was dust all around and there were cockroaches too. The washbasin faucet was shaky. The towels appeared unwashed. The food in the restaurant was sub-standard; one of the other guests in the restaurant complained of a cockroach in the food. The veg manchuria we ordered was salty and it had grains of sand and so, we had to leave it. The only good point was that the hot water supply in the shower was good.
