Besuch in Donaueschingen
Die Lage im Stadtzentrum ist der Hammer. Wir sind mit Hund gereist und es war kein Problem. Allerdings wird empfohlen vorher abzuklären, da Hunde nicht in allen Zimmern erlaubt sind. Aufgrund einer anderen Rezension haben wir nachgefragt wegen den gesperrten TV Kanälen und siehe da, sie waren gar nicht gesperrt sondern waren auf den dreistelligen Kanälen gespeichert. Das einzig negative war, dass unser Zimmer nicht gereinigt wurde und am Abend nach unserer Rückkehr alles noch genauso war wie wir es am Morgen verlassen hatten. Also nicht nur die Betten waren nicht gemacht sondern auch das Bad war nicht geputzt und der Kehricht nicht geleert. Weiss nicht ob es einfach vergessen ging oder ob es üblich ist, dass erst am Ende des Aufenhalts die Zimmer gereinigt werden. Aber sonst war alles tiptop.

Familienfreundliches Hotel, das schön zentral gelegen ist. Auch geeignet für Fahrradreisende. Saubere Zimmer. Preis-Leistung gut. Das Frühstück ist gut und bietet eine gute Auswahl. Sehr zuvorkommende und hilfsbereite Reception (Victor).

Lovely hotel in the middle of the city. We are riding our bikes on the Danube and they provide secure bike parking. Room was spacious and spotless and the bathroom was awesome and larger than most you will find. There is also a great restaurant downstairs.

Auf unserer Fahrradtour sind wir in Donaueschingen durchgekommen. Das Hotel hast einen abschliessbaren Fahrradkeller und auch der Empfang war sehr nett. Das Hotel ist zwar etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber absolut in Ordnung. Wenn es etwas wärmer gewesen wäre hätten wir das Frühstück sicher im Wintergarten haben können. Diese sah sehr nett aus.

Ein Hotel in top Lage und freundlichem Personal. Wenn man Glück hat findet man auch einen kostenfreien Parkplatz. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit zwei Einzelbetten. Der Teppich war zwar sauber aber wie es meist so ist beim Teppich im Hotel mit Flecken, was nicht sehr gemütlich ist. Die weißen Möbel waren teilweise angeschlagen, die weißen Wände teilweise schmuddelig, hier gehört gestrichen. Das wäre tatsächlich alles nicht so auffällig, wäre der Stuhl nicht gewesen (s. Bild, ohne Worte). Es ist mir unbegreiflich, dass man sowas in einem Zimmer für 130 Euro die Nacht stehen lässt. Die günstigste Lösung ist eine Husse für ein paar Euro. Nur dafür gibt es einen Punkt abzug für 4 die ich gerne vergeben hätte. Das Badezimmer war blitzsauber und angenehm groß.

Die Lage vom Hotel ist wirklich sehr zentral. Leider sind nicht ausreichend Parkplätze vorhanden. Freundliches Personal. Was dringend überprüft werden sollte sind die Matratzen, in Zimmer 42, sehr weich und durchgelegen. Zu einem Preis von 139,00 € erwarten wir da etwas besseres. Frühstück ist wirklich sehr gut mit frischen Backwaren.
