Close your eyes and book this hotel you will be very very happy!! Wonderful staff right all around who will give a homely vibe, with care and attention!! Taj heritage is really lucky to have such amazing people working for them!! Rahul in the larajna BF restaurant was a wonderful soul who took care of us extremely well Love this restaurant and great respect to Taj for accomodating all our requests!! Will come back to Goa only for staying at the heritage

The stay was lovely with very welcoming staff. Mmt made the necessary adjustments we had requested barf on our change in plan. Our family had a wonderful time off which we all were looking forward to. Thank you.

I can't express enough gratitude for the wonderful staff at Taj Cidade Goa who took such great care of my daughter and me during our stay! Despite arriving with a nasty head cold, the kindness and attention we received truly made a difference. First and foremost, I want to shine a spotlight on Nikita, the incredible customer advocate who greeted us with a beaming smile and infectious cheerfulness. It warmed my heart to learn that she takes the time to feed stray cats and dogs near her home. How amazing is that? For someone so young and busy to show such compassion is truly commendable. Meeting her was an absolute joy! Kudos to Nikita for being such a caring soul! When we arrived and our rooms weren't quite ready, Nikita noticed I wasn't feeling well and graciously offered us a temporary room so I could rest. I was battling a fever, and her thoughtfulness made all the difference. Thank you, Nikita! 🙏 The next day, we were ready to move into our originally booked room, but I wasn’t quite up to it yet and ended up being bedridden for four days. Thankfully, Nikita continued to check on me, ensuring I received the best care. The lovely cooks, Balaji and Priyanka, prepared delicious, soothing Khichdi without chillies, ***** with some traditional Indian remedies that were just what I needed. By the fourth day, I finally felt better and was able to explore the beautiful restaurants while enjoying the stunning sea views. Although the beach had some litter, I shared a few easy ideas with Nikita and her colleagues on how they could help tidy things up. A heartfelt thank you to Nikita and the wonderful cooks for their incredible support during my recovery! I’m convinced that without their attentive care, my recovery wouldn’t have been so swift. Here’s to caring hearts and joyful moments! 🥳🤗🙏

Property and room was very good. Staff service was excellent. But i am disappointed from the food as the buffet was not good.

Good welcome.... Food quality below average service poor... Senior staff good but sorry just world when you distroy any person vacation.... The moment never come again... Pool staff also not trained..... I feel only training staff was their and less staff compare to guests.... I am not recommended this property .... Property location great ambient good ...only food issue with us.... This is my opinion other guests may have good experience...
