عندما تخرج من مكتب الجوازات وتستلم الشنطة اصعد للطابق رقم 1
وتوجه للبوابة 2
تأكد جيدا انك في الطابق الاول وأخرج من البوابة 2
دع البوابة خلفك وتوجه للمباني بعد المواقف ستجد الفندق خلفها
انه قريب جدا جدا لاكن غير واضح ولن تجد احد يساعدك .

Во первых ; забронировала номер за месяц до приезда на сайте отеля, т. к летела из-за границы, бронировала на ЗАГРАН ПАСПОРТ. Звонила перед прилётом уточнить, где останавливается трансфер, до гостиницы. Сказали, что выход 2 и напротив. Прилетела в 23ч, напротив 2 выхода с аэропорта, оказывается останавливаться только такси, пришлось искать, а спросить не у кого, спасибо водитель автобуса подсказал, что в дальнем углу, которого из-за стоящих икарусов вообще не видно, останавливается трансфер. Неужели нельзя было, хотя бы указатель поставить возле остановки такси, где искать людям этот франсфер.Но на этом приключения со злополучным отелем не закончились. По приезду, подаю на рецепшене загран паспорт, а она мне перед лицом ставит указ правительства от 2020г., что граждан РФ оформлять только по внутренним паспортам. Я была в шоке. На вопрос, почему тогда на сайте это не указывается, только посмеялись . Пришлось ночью звонить домой, чтоб прислали копию паспорта, это треш какой-то. В номер попала в 24.30. Про номер даже говорить не хочется. Весь палас в таких грязных огромных пятнах, создалось впечатление, что рота солдат грязными сапогами прошлись. А на улице лето, ведь есть у нас моющие пылесосы, неужели нельзя это почистить. Короче, отель никому не советую. Он рядом с аэропортом и это удобно, но я лучше бы в аэропорту осталась.

航班臨時取消，不得已改簽到這個賓館附近的機場，賓館機機場很近，且有到機場的免費大巴，房間乾淨，設施也還可以，是在莫斯科住過的性價比最高的酒店.
