But bedding that smells very bad to the point of not sleeping!!! In the end a rest stop on the road where you leave more tired than when you arrived. A quality price ratio therefore deplorable. Well located hotel for short stays. The showers should be changed to Italian showers and the toilets to suspended toilets. Good breakfasts from Paul. Nice concept with hotel, cafeteria and shop.

If you want to spend Halloween in this hotel then go for it! . Room - shower and toilet not clean - shower no hot water - and when opening the window to air the room oops! Horrible.. full of cobwebs and a huge cocoon! What was it? No idea but it was disgusting this thing! . We asked to change rooms obviously.. second room unfortunately in the middle of the night strong smell of sewage in the toilets and bathroom which suddenly impregnated the room.. last year it was already borderline but this is the cherry on the cake! No hygiene it's getting worse and worse.. we will not return to this hotel next year, we will go to sleep in Dijon. This hotel is filthy. How can we accept to let this hotel continue to open! .. left at 5am we did not see anyone to make all our comments. Avoid this hotel

Hotel on a motorway service area, secure hotel car park quite taken up by cars stopped on the service area, lack of signs. Room not redone, but above all cobwebs in every corner, a handkerchief forgotten under the pillow of the bunk bed, the outside light that lit us up all night, the LED strip patched up with tape that still comes off, window ajar because of the heat outside but stifling atmosphere we hardly slept... Breakfast not offered online because "discount" coupon given at the hotel reception to have breakfast at Paul's, that is to say a breakfast at €7.50 or €7.90 no possibility of refills, the queue with all those who stop on the service area... not up to the standard of the other ibis. We will not stay there again.

I would prefer to pay a bit more and have air con. Luckily I had booked as I arrived around 11pm and would not have got in without a booking. Good to have secure parking. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room was unbearably hot. Staff were helpful and sweet.

Really bad hotel. They never heard of cleaning. Everything was dirty. The room: even the bed was not fresh made up. Much dirt under the bed, was not cleaned for a long time. No warm water in the bathroom. The hallway: everywhere was dirt. The reception/eating point: Dirt on the chairs/couch Only positive: the situation of the hotel along the highway A39

Kamer was supervuil, lege zak chips en rommel op bed, overal plukken stof. Nieuwe kamer gekregen, geen lakens op 3de bed, er kwam meer water uit de douchedarm dan uit douchekop. Slecht onderhoud,vuil.
