We vacationed at this resort in April and I can leave only positive feedback.Service and food were above our expectations.Very clean beach with crystal water ,many sun loungers ,very friendly staff who try to do everything for a great vacation.I read a lot of responses and was a little worried because I didn’t know who to trusted until I saw everything with my own eyes.We were very pleased with the experience and plan to return again in August, I advise everyone who reads the reviews , believe me , this is a great place for vacation .Thanks to all the staff for a great job.

El hotel es hermoso siempre tan bien decorado. Los restoranes temáticos muy ricos, la playa espectacular para disfrutar hasta último momento ya que se puede ver el atardecer. El bar en la playa es hermoso y unos tragos muy ricos. Iberostar no te defrauda. Volvería mil veces! Siempre todos súper amables en especial la Sra. Helena, Gabriela de atención al cliente, los chef Leandro y Germán súper atentos. Muy buenas las clases de gim, clases en serio (exigentes) la parte de máquinas se podría agrandar un poco, se colapsa por la mañana. El Starcafe muy rico y te salva al estar 24hs abierto. También se podría agrandar un poquito. Hotel súper recomendable!!

Implacable la atención en el bar de playa Prestige… los MESSI de Bayahibe Manuel y Carlos sin palabras lo que bien que nos están haciendo pasar nuestra estadía! Cracks!!!!! Volveremos por ustedes!

Excelente lugar , playa increíble, y en el bar prestige la playa la mejor atención, Manuel, Carlos y todo el personal de ahi los mejores! Los de cocina excelente tb! Un plato ahi en el prestige distinto todos los dias. Siempre atentos a todo y con la mejor de las predisposiciones.

I would not recommend a vacation at this resort. Many staff were extremely rude and disrespectful towards Americans. There were many families visiting that had the same experience. This was not a matter of rude Americans. This was a matter of individuals that did not treat Americans very well.

La experiencia en el hotel fue maravillosa, pasamos unos hermosos días. La atención, amabilidad de todos y todas desde la recepción, personal de mantenimiento y limpieza, mozos, barman, restaurantes de excelencia, a corregir algunas cositas en el restaurante italiano. Los otros muy muy buenos, en la atención, servicio y en especial la gastronomía. En Star Prestige, todo el personal es súper amable y respetuoso. Jesús y el gran Totopolino. Recepción Leidy, Noemí, Carlos. Domingo y Isidro. En playa Angelino, Alexis, Edwin, Carlos. Personal de gastronomía en general, Pamela, Victor, Basilio, Adalberto. Colonial Marino y Lian Mediterráneo Cristofer Japones el show y servicio de los cocineros. Recepción Josie, Joni y Marisol. Equipo de recreación exelente, destacando a Óscar, Power, Acuaman, Marcia, etc. Muchas gracias de Corazón al hotel Iberostar.

Mi experiensia en ese hotel fue lo mejor de lo mejo, no me alcanzan las palabras para describir lo hermoso, grande y espectacular que es. Nunca fui a un hotel tan hermoso, tiene de todo y cumple con todo lo que dice, incluso es mucho mejor de lo que te dice, la gente que comenta cosas malas seguramente ni fueron por que es hermosisimo el hotel, no desperdicias tu dinero para nada. Te recomiendo ir sin dudas, espero te haya servido mi reseña, adios.
