Acabamos de llegar del Hm almas, la verdad es que me hubiese gustado que nuestra noche fuera más placentera, no tienen Roomservice, hay que hacer reservas para los pocos restaurantes que hay.
No hicieron nada especial para nuestro aniversario aunque les escribimos con anticipación.
Algunas personas muy atentas en el lobby bar y en el buffet

Excelente complejo para disfrutar y relajarse. Cuenta con bajada al mar para hacer snorkel o disfrutar un lindo baño de mar. Además, tiene piletas que dan sobre el mar con agua de mar. Se dispone de transfer a la playa Dominicus cada media hora. El restaurante italiano y el dominicano es una buena opción de cena. El desayuno muy bueno y el restaurante con comida variada buffet además cuenta con animación, recreación y algunos show.

At the moment only bad experience with this hotel. Staff very rude most of the time and always making a issue with everything. Dont tell you everything regarding the rules but at the end is problem to give you money back ( is regarding the hotel towels ) . When you try to expain them something they call security ( no one speak English good , so they think you rude to them) . Whem you tey to book one of ther free restaurants they always fully booked and try send you to when you need to pay .

Purtroppo io mangiare veniva recuclato per giorni e giorni, saltava la corrente, le stanze venivano pulite tardissimo, nessuno parlava altre lingue al di fuori dello spagnolo nenache in reception, non hanno idea degli allergeni io e mia moglie per non rischiare di incappare dinuovo come il primo giorno in una situazione di reazione allergica dopo aver avvisato lo sheff abbiamo dovuto mangiare fuori tutto i giorni a colazione pranzo e cena, veramente tutto pessimo non capisco come una struttura del genere possa avere 4 stelle

We came here to celebrate our wedding anniversary food was good with a great variety same as the drinks very good and great variety Absolutely loved the Italian restaurant and staff were always fantastic in there The alma restaurant is worth a visit however staff not as good Location and views very good The only thing we noticed the entertainment staff didn't really bother with the English people however this was no issues foe me as this meant I could sunbathe without being disturbed Most of thw bar staff were friendly only a couple of thw girls wasn't as friendly The positives definitely over ruled the negatives Over all a good experience

Very clean resort, very good location near 2 small town very safe people are kind , no beach but the reef is beautiful a lot of fish to see ,bring your snorkeling gear , you can swim there in open ocean this is beautiful ,you can easy walk to the close beach in Dominicus and the sea is beautiful you can rent chair and sunshade there for 10$, animation teams did there job , but no big show . A la carte restaurant was really good and you will have a beautiful view ! The location of this resort is amazing. The room a nothing fancy but did the job. For the price I will come back for sure .

Me and my sister stayed at HM Alma De Bayahíbe from the 27th August to the 4th September and had an amazing time. From the beautiful scenery and sunsets to the amazing entertainment staff I really can’t fault this hotel, the staff were always keeping us busy and inviting us to join in with activities like yoga, dancing, aqua arobics. Special shout out to Raquel ,tokito,dj ,❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ The food here was also amazing and had a variety of options every night 👌
