Если вы остановились в отеле «Кристалл», будьте готовы к тому, что здесь вежливый персонал, тишина в номерах и лишь течение реки на заднем фоне, что для меня большой плюс. Также не могу не отметить ежедневную уборку, смену полотенец и одноразовых приборов. Кафе «Кристалл» - кафе, блюда которого находятся, как мне кажется, на ресторанном уровне. Из пяти дней, что мы находились в Домбае, каждое утро здесь завтракали (у нас они были комплексные и входили в стоимость отеля) и ещё приходили на обед или ужин. Утром вы точно не останетесь голодными, завтраки сытные, вкусные и полезные, поэтому очень советую брать комплексные. Как я уже отметила данное кафе находится не на кафешном уровне, поэтому обеды и ужины здесь тоже на высоте . Ещё не мало важным для меня наблюдением стал факт того, что здесь всегда много людей, это о многом говорит. И конечно, мне бы хотелось отметить персонал. Все ребята очень милые вежливые и дружелюбные. Нас на протяжении 5-и дней обслуживали: Галина, Ширим и Сабир. Спасибо им большое за достойное обслуживание, за внимательность и помощь, когда мы не могли определиться с выбором. Спасибо, за такое прекрасное обслуживание!

Хороший отель, нормальные цены на проживание. Номер без каких-то явных потёртостей, свежий. С 4 этажа хороший вид на горы. Есть закрытая парковка для постояльцев отеля Завтраки вкусные, сытные и даже включают в себя десерт. Ими действительно можно наесться Персонал доброжелательный и отзывчивый. Отдельная благодарность официанту кафе Сабиру за хорошее обслуживание позитивное настроение

Кафе Кристалл: завтраки простые, но из хороших продуктов и вкусно приготовлены. Ужинала всегда там, прекрасная нежная куриная лапша, хычин с сыром сочный, умеренно теста и много сыра. Пробовала хычины в соседних местах, здесь вкуснее. Из официантов понравилась Галя, очень внимательная к просьбам и быстро приносит заказ.

Стабильно вкусная кухня, уже много лет. Это главный козырь Кристала. Прекрасное озеленение территории, много цветущих растений. Чистые номера, уборка каждый день. В ресторане особенно хочется отметить работу Рассула и Гали.

Хороший отель в центре Домбая. Номера чистые, уборка каждый день. В номере есть холодильник, чайник, посуда, телевизор, сейф. Отзывчивый персонал и домашняя обстановка. Ресторан при отеле заслуживает отдельного внимания. Завтраки каждый день разные, очень вкусные и сытные. Ужинали мы тоже чаще всего в отеле, т.к. тут очень атмосферное место прямо у горной реки. Меню разнообразное, порции большие и еда очень вкусная! Могу отметить насыщенную солянку, нежные шашлыки и самые вкусные хычины с сыром из всех, что я ел)

Ездим не первый год. Приветливый и отзывчивый персонал. Смена полотенец, уборка ежедневно, выручают гигентческие принадлежности, если что-то забыли. Вкусные разнообразные завтраки. Удобное месторасположение. Вернёмся вновь!!
