The service staff at Changsha Tongcheng International Hotel has a very good attitude. The front desk clerk is enthusiastic and patient. The room attendant Peng Xiuhong is very serious and responsible in her work. She will find a way to solve any small problem in the room immediately. The room is spacious, clean and comfortable, but there are few varieties of hot dishes for breakfast.

Even though it's an older hotel, the facilities are well-maintained, and the location is fantastic. It's perfectly situated in the university district, with Hunan University, Hunan Normal University, and Central South University all just a few minutes' walk away. The famous Orange Isle (Juzizhou) scenic area is also close by, just a short walk across a bridge. For those who prefer not to walk, Metro Line 2 offers direct access.

It was my first time to come to Tongcheng Hot Springs and I felt very comfortable staying here. I have been to so many hot spring hotels and still think this one is really great. The best thing here is that the service level is really considerate and comparable to that of peers. This time, my friend was not feeling well, and Xiao Wen at the front desk helped prepare brown sugar ginger water and delivered it directly to our room. I was very hungry after taking a hot spring bath at night, so the takeaway I ordered was delivered to my room.
We were helped with our luggage during check-in and check-out, and we were asked if we needed a late check-out. The whole stay experience was really good.
The hotel breakfast is also good, with a wide variety, especially the rice noodles are delicious.
Although the room is decorated in a retro style, the bed is big and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the hot spring, on the first floor of the building where we live, so it's no problem even if the weather is cold.
We will definitely stay here next time we visit!

Every time I come to Yiyang, I live here. It is very good. Although I am old, I am used to living and I am very uneasy. It is very convenient to go anywhere. The breakfast is very good, the overall environment is very good, anyway, I like it here.
