Kleines Inhabergeführtes Hotel. Es wird sich jedoch sehr viel Mühe gegeben um den Aufenthalt so flexibel wie möglich zu gestalten. Alles ist wirklich sehr sehr sauber. Auf Wünsche hinsichtlich des Frühstücjs wird individuell eingegangen.

We were late for check-in and so nobody was at the desk - this was a little stressful and we tried calling beforehand but the phone is only answered on weekdays. There was an emergency contact number when we arrived so we would have been covered through that, just the uncertainty and stress beforehand wasn’t great. Other than that, we had a great experience! Staff was excellent when we met her next morning and the room was great - very good value for price. Breakfast was also very good! Property is beautiful, overall we were happy it was just the check-in part that wasn’t great.

Achtung! Mit Kritik kann der Hotelier nicht umgehen! Er beantwortet dann diese Bewertung unverschämt und belegt den Gast mit einem Hausverbot.Nun, dies kann er sich sparen, denn bei o einem Verhalten geht ja wohl niemand ein zweites Mal hin.

Saubere Zimmer, Ausstattung des Zimmers in die Jahre gekommen (altbackenes Design) jedoch in sehr gutem Zustand. Gutes Frühstück

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht vor Ort und dafür war es völlig ausreichend! Wir hatten zwei einfache DZ gebucht und haben sogar ein kleines Upgrade bekommen und von einem Zimmer einen schönen Blick in den Innenhof und die Umgebung gehabt. Man muss natürlich wissen, dass man sich in keinem 300 Zimmer, 5 Sterne, All Inclusive Bettenburg befindet - das ist aber meiner Meinung nach gerade der Charme des Hotels und der gesamten Umgebung. Weniger ist manchmal mehr und hier hat man alles. Das Frühstück bietet auch für jeden etwas und es wurden sogar frische Spiegeleier gemacht :) der Kaffee (Latte Macchiatto & Co gibt es ebenfalls) ist auch sehr gut! Nichts zu meckern bei unserem Aufenthalt!

We hadden een kamer geboekt van 25 M2 De kamer die we kregen was kleiner en had ook niet de beloofde bank en buitenmeubilair In de kamer was veel herrie van in de binnenplaats staande wasmachine of droger Omdat de receptie gesloten is na 16.00 belden we op naar een meneer We kregen een betere kamer met fijne stoelen Zoals vermeld stond in onze reservering De dame die de nieuwe sleutel kwam brengen was erg onaardig en totaal niet gastvrij Het ontbijt was prima het bed ook Wel vonden wij het gehorig qua geluid van de hal en deuren slaan Bij de mail waarin de code stond van de deur werd ook gezegd dat je niet lager dan een 8 als beoordeling mocht geven, dan werd je geroyeerd Dat is nu dus gebeurd omdat het een 7 geworden is Ik had al aangegeven dat het raar was om te dreigen goed te beoordelen Kwam zeer onsympathiek over

Cet établissement se trouve dans un petit village à 10 km d‘Oppenheim et 30 km de Mainz. L’hôtel dispose d‘un accueil pas toujours occupé, d‘une salle de petit-déjeuner où vous pouvez également vous servir des boissons à 2 € la bouteille de soft. Les chambres sont grandes et simplement aménagée. Chaque TV a un écran plat. La SDB comporte évier, WC et douche. La SDB est propre. Lors de votre arrivée, vous recevez une bouteille d’eau pétillante. Le petit-déjeuner est bien bien fourni et varié. L’hôtel dispose d‘un parking couvert payant à 10€ la nuitée. Nous l‘avons eu gratuitement. Les prix sont corrects mais attention aux chambres une personne surtout sur ***********. La chambre double pour une personne coûte autant que pour deux personnes. Il faut demander directement à l’hôtel sinon vous risquez de vous faire avoir. Le personnel est aimable.
