Bed bugs on the bed, had to change to another room in the middle of the night. Staff apologies but i would have prefered a room without it or a proper refund.

One more time I am amazed after staying in this hotels it was really good. Service was awesome, food was delicious. I ordered also dinner and chef was made perfect dinner for me. Thanks a lot to Hhui Priya Alex for hospitality and supportive attitude to their customers.

Very nice staff. Location is great. The sea is pretty close. The room is tidy.

Great value good location. Shuttle service promptness to be improved as travellers that arrived at night with children are exhausted. We waited for it since 12.20am at Hamad airport hotel bus stop and it arrived at 12.45am. More wait till abt 1am. We reached and checked in hotel around 1.30am. No toothbrush n toothpaste, no iron provided. Ironing is a paid service.

Very nice and comfhy bedroom.

The hotel is about 10-15 minutes by car. Staff are friendly and helpful. Wifi works well. The airport shuttle is not very frequent, so better find out the schedule in advance.

Location is near national museum, approximately 15 minutes walk Opposite the hotel is a nice cafe with affordable prices

just for transit, not far from airport, staffs are friendly and helpful, especially Priya Paaz Hlui, she offered good advices for trousim

Very comfortable and clean room! I like Doha! Free shuttle bus to airport every 2 or 3 hours, very convenient for business trip.

Amazing hospitality from the reception team … we start our amazing journey with warm welcome from Priya .. really thankful to other team member Raju, Raaz, hlui …👍👍👍👍

Zero bathroom amenities, like tissues, cotton bugs shower cap, not even a floor mat for when you get out of the shower which is in the bath tub with a curtain. No out door sitting are/garden or pool or gym and not close to airport or any shopping areas.

Very good location so close to the airport. They have the most amazing and kind hearted compassionate staff.
