The food, location and service was great with one exception the reception guy Farhad was rude and not helpful. Others were very good. The cleaner Amarjeet and other were great.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at The Grand Lux Hotel Doha. Everything was exceptional—from the comfortable rooms to the impressive amenities. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, always eager to assist and make the stay even more pleasant.
The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to suit every taste. A special thanks to Danishba for her outstanding hospitality and warm service, which truly made the experience unforgettable.
Looking forward to returning soon!

When I went to leave my luggage before checking in, the man at the front desk spoke to me in a friendly manner and seemed happy when he realized I was Japanese.
The location was also great, within walking distance of Joan Station.
