Ευγενικό προσωπικό. Ωραίο δωμάτιο και ήταν πεντακάθαρο όταν φτάσαμε. Κάθε πρωί περνούσαν και καθάριζαν οι κυρίες. Πλούσιο πρωινό με μεγάλη ποικιλία σε αλμυρές και γλυκές γεύσεις. Επαγγελματίες στο spa , ωραίο περιβάλλον, απόλυτη χαλάρωση.

Τραγικό spa. Πληρωσαμε 135€ και... # Η πισινα τη μια μερα ηταν σχετικα ζεστη, την αλλη μερα ηταν κρυα. # Το τζακουζι ηταν και αυτο κρυο. # Το μασαζ το κανει μια κοπελιτσα που κανει πρακτικη και απλα χαϊδεύει. Η αλλη κυρια που κανει μασαζ ειναι πολυ καλη. # Παντοφλες στο σπα δε μας εδωσαν, ενω ειχαν. Τις ειδαμε.. Στο τέλος πήγα να πληρώσω στην υποδοχή και έκαναν λάθος. Έπρεπε να πληρώσω 149 και μου ζήτησε 158. Μετά από τη διόρθωση μου ζήτησε τελικά 114. Πλήρωσα και έκατσα στο μπαρ να πιω ενα καφέ. Αφού έφυγα με πήρε τηλέφωνο να μου πει ότι χρωστάω τελικά ακόμα 35€. Εντάξει, με αυτούς θα παίζουμε που δε ξέρουν ούτε μια πρόσθεση να κάνουν.

3 αστέρια. Ευγενικό περιβάλλον,πολύ φτωχό πρωινό,μείναμε 5 μέρες και το πρωινό δεν άλλαξε αλλά ήταν και κάποια φαγητά κρύα και μπαγιάτικα. Υπήρχαν ζωύφια παντού από το δωμάτιο μέχρι την πισινα του σπα. Καθάριζαν το δωμάτιο σε καθημερινή βάση και άλλαζαν και πετσέτες καθημερινά.απο το φαγητο δοκίμασα σαλατα του σεφ και έδινα ευχαριστημενη.

Nice clean and large room. Large bathroom Confortable bed and pillows The staff was very polite and helpfull. There is EV charge on the outside parking Breakfast with very limited choice, not very tasty and most of the food was cold It takes about 20 min to city center

Άριστοι επαγγελματίες. Οι συνεννοήσεις για το κλείσιμο των δωματίων ήταν υποδειγματικές.Οι χώροι καθαροί και άνετοι, το πρωινό πολύ καλό. ΄Ενα γκρουπ 25 ατόμων απολαύσαμε τη διαμονή μας. Μόνο προβληματάκι, οι λεγόμενες σουίτες, που ενώ είναι απόλυτα κατάλληλες για οικογένεια, δεν ταίριαζαν σε 4 ενήλικες καθώς δεν ήταν ουσιαστικά δίχωρες και χρησιμοποιήθηκε και ένας καναπές.

I booked a stay here for 3 nights in June. The gym was not available (which was one of my main reasons to book this facility). The breakfast had cold boiled eggs from the day before and spam instead of bacon. The premium standard is definitely not met by this resort. The staff is very unfriendly and smokes on the balcony instead of tending to customers. On the second night, at 3 am!! a pipe bursted from under the sink in the bathroom, water got all over the room including 3 other neighbor rooms. Nobody was at the reception and I waited in the lobby until 8 am. When the staff arrived there were no excuses or refund offers. Don’t book this hotel if you need medical assistance. I got a panic attack and get really anxious when the water bursted. I knocked on the room next to me, and a Greek couple managed to close the pipe with a towel. Very unpleasant experience that would have been more acceptable if the staff would have at least apologized…I will inform the authorities about this.

Its excellent place, very family friendly. The best staff. very clean rooms delicious and clean food the children enjoyed the pool and the food served in the morning I would suggest staying there and there is a shopping center nearby we will be back

Το ξενοδοχειο σε γενικές γραμμές ήταν άψογο. Χάνει ομως 1 βαθμο για κάποιες λεπτομέρειες και εξηγώ. Νο1: Στο δωματιο : Το μπάνιο αν και ανακαινισμένο είχε ένα προβλημα με την πόρτα του ντουζ(δεν έκλεινε), τον νιπτήρα που ενω ηταν καινούριος κουνιόταν απ τη βάση του και ένας μεγεθυντικος καθρεφτης ο οποιος ή ηταν σπασμένος ή απλα είχε αφαιρεθεί. Νο2 : στην πισίνα: Αν και ο χώρος της πισινας ηταν αψογος ενω υπηρχε εξοπλισμενο μπαρ δεν υπηρχε καποιος υπάλληλος ουτε για να παραγγειλεις κατι, αλλα ουτε για να επιβλέπει το χώρο γενικότερα Νο3: σοβαδες στα μπαλκονια : απ τα μπαλκονια φαινεται καποια κακοτεχνια στο κτιριο που δεν εχει διορθωθει με αποτελεσμα να ειναι εμφανες (και στους τοιχους αλλα κ στα ταβανια των μπαλκονιων) το εσωτερικο των σοβαδων του τσιμεντου. Νομιζω πως με αυτες τις διορθωσεις στις λεπτομερειες θα ειναι 5/5 Γενικα ομως ειναι ενα αρκετα καλο ξενοδοχειο.
