Our room was nothing like photos seen online. It smelled and was filthy. Definitely NOT a SUITE.

This hotel we have been staying in, our room hasn't been cleaned and their policy says they dont clean stayover rooms in 3 days. The halls smell like cigarettes and other form of *****. The doors to this place aren't secured at all. (They have duck tape on the doors for easy access) Today, (Saturday) the front desk lady at 3pm took forever to answer the frontdesk. She was outside having a cigarette. I went down to ask why our room wasn't cleaned. We asked for it to be cleaned. Apparently they don't do stay overs since COVID, I said excuse me, that's disgusting. I want our room cleaned. She said Oh well, housekeeping was done for the day. I went up to my room and told my husband to deal with this because the front desk lady said oh well. (The lady with the blond hair was so sweet to us and gave us what we needed for our stay.) That's our policy. My husband got us cleaned towels. I will want some Compensation back from this place. This is ridiculous and rude management. We won't be coming back Here ever again. Today Sunday the desk lady didnt ask how was our stay and didnt have any communication with me.

Room Room was cold did not warn up to later but not very warm. Sink stoper was not working. But over all was ok.

Clean and Efficient Clean, efficient property with a Pizza Hut close if you are hungry. The desk staff for both check-in and check-out were both friendly and kind.

reasonable week day rate close to amenities. Rooms could use some TLC - furniture is old. No screens on window. Only black out curtains. No second lighter drapes to allow natural light. Parking lot dark at night - no lights in lot after dark

Two days, checked in Friday, asked to sign confirming we would not smoke in the room; room next door was smoking, smelled it in the hallway and in the room. Woke up Sat, no electricity; back late, no one checked the room/smoke detectors/clocks, beds not made etc. Called front desk about smoking and housekeeping, told they only had housekeeping 3 days per week; not told this when we checked in. Fridge, coffee maker, lamps all plugged into a serge protector visible in the room, looked dangerous. Nothing said to use about no power...very unsafe and staff on Saturday was rude and did not care. Filed complaint with Windam; received an email but nothing else...won't be staying with this company again...beware. One of the worst motels I've ever experienced.
