Do not stay here. The manager, Drew, is only interested in taking your money. The front desk staff is nice but they have to deal with a lot of cr*p since any customer service issues will only be handled by them; the manager, Drew, refuses to talk to customers. Drew gives me the impression that customers are only there to give Drew money and anything else is a waste of Drew's time. I would have given 0 stars, but the system would not let me. Do not stay here.

Friendly staff, rooms were updated and clean. We spent only one night, driving through, cable tv only but we were tired anyway and got some good rest. Breakfast was eggs, sausage and muffins. Overall great stay for the price. Would recommend

We had a one night stay here on our trip back home. The room was big and was clean. The Television was from COX cable I guess. The staff was nice and efficient. Breakfast was as usual in such hotels. I would stay again. Location was good, right on Main street, easy to get to and from.

Most disgusting hotel ever. Checked in after 9:30 after a very long day driving. First thing, no elevator. Have to haul trip after trip of belongings up the stairs. Went to sleep. Woke up in the middle of the night because of the intense smell of our pillows. When I turned on the light and checked the pillows, the back side of two of them had blood on them. In the bathroom, there was dirt in the corners and the tub was disgusting. They would not help me out when I took the pillows downstairs before checking out. Was told the manager was not in. I tried contacting them for 6 days and they will not call me back. After paying over $130.00 to sleep and waking up to bloody pillows you would think they would try to at least reimburse us the cost. But not even a courtesy call from them. Stay away from that disgusting place.

The room was clean. Pretty quiet given that the facility is on the main street in town. Close to restaurants and the museum. Plenty of ice available. Standard Bacon and Egg breakfast. Staff is polite and respectful.

Our room was nice and clean and laid out well. Bed was good and lighting great. Nice lobby area, breakfast was basic but adequate. The manager was helpful. Just there one night, I would recommend this motel.

I was able to book a room for the night which was great. But, the carpet in room was dirty. The baby’s feet were dirty after running around in room. The tub drainage was very slow to drain. I stood in shin high water after my shower. The staff was wonderful.

I had a great time staying at the Quality Inn. The facility was very clean and easy to find. Right on the main street of Dodge City so easy to drive around. In a nice area with some stores and restaurants near. Comfy bed. Great deal for the price.

The hotel was clean and fresh and the price was right. Our room was a good size. I'm getting tired of the waffles though. The pool had a strange bubbly substance all over the top. The hot tub looked fine but I was too tired to try it.
