酒店整體不錯，前台服務態度也比較好，房間也比較安靜，隔音效果比較好。但是早餐很一般，沒有水果，可以吃的有雞蛋，酸奶，麪包，火腿片等。酒店旁邊有兩家超市，還有個漢堡店，買東西吃飯挺方便

Останавливался на две ночи в этом отеле. Номер достаточно просторный, понравилось, что прихожая и сама спальня отделены дверью. Но кровать в номере стоит очень неудачно, спинка кровати вплотную к батарее, а выше окно. И ты должен выбрать, либо спать в духоте, либо тебя продует, это очень непродуманно. На этаже есть кулер с водой, но стаканчиков около нет, в номере тоже, соответственно попить не получится. Завтрак нормальный, можно было взять омлет/сосиски/блинчики с творогом/оладьи; кофе растворимый. Отель очень близко располагается к ледовой арене, для нас это было плюсом. Вайфай на сутки, в первый раз удалось подключиться, через 24 часа уже нет

Останавливались в отеле Кристалл в апреле с пятилетним сыном, брали тариф с завтраком. Завтраки очень вкусные и сытные: в первый день были омлет, блинчики, бутерброды и йогурт, во второй - каша, яичница с сосисками, оладьи. Также в кафе замечательные комплексные обеды и ужины за 350 рублей. Сын даже сказал "Это кафе волшебное, ведь тут приносят только все самое вкусное". Отдельного внимания заслуживает вежливый персонал гостиницы, который отвечает на все вопросы и готов помочь. Номера комфортные - в двухместном номере есть холодильник, дополнительные 2 спальных места, столик, тумбочки. Уборка производится каждый день - выносят мусор, меняют полотенца, приносят мыло и шампунь. Расположение отеля удобное - рядом несколько торговых центров, магазины, аптеки, остановки общественного транспорта. Мы остались довольны!

Гостиница не в самом центре Дмитрова, но неподалеку (5 минут на машине). Место оживленное. Рядом торговый центр. Если окна выходят на улицу Профессиональную, в номере довольно шумно. Выбирать лучше номер категории "улучшенный": в нем есть кондиционер, а также электрический чайник и фен. В стандартном номере нет ничего из этого. Комнаты просторные. Везде чисто. Завтрак порционный, чрезвычайно обильный (каша, омлет с сосисками, оладьи), но не особенно вкусный. Главное достоинство "Кристалла" - возможность арендовать (оплачивается отдельно) на два часа бассейн для семьи или компании. Теплая вода, гидромассаж, небольшая чистая сауна - можно просто замечательно отдохнуть.

Гостиница 3 звезды, с очень хорошим сервисом. В номере есть все: чайник, посуда, чай, кофе, полотенца, фен, принадлежности для душа, халаты, сейф, холодильник, удобная кровать, подушки и матрас. Чистота и все новенькое. Но, есть одно НО: это бесконечный шум за окном: железная дорога, автомобильная дорога и тц! Спать можно только с закрытым окном! В номере есть кондиционер. В нашем номере, он располагался над входной дверью. Кровать стояла прямо напротив, поэтому освежить воздух невозможно, тк дует прямо на тебя. При заселении, проверяйте такие моменты.
