Les Acacias Hotel Djibouti
3.6/515 Reviews
Because there is no ordinary room, I booked a sea view suite, which is 20 dollars more than the average room. But it doesn't feel worth it. The room is bigger, but I can't see the sea at all. I don't have a common room with a balcony to see the sea. The breakfast is very simple, only bread, omelettes, a little fruit, fruit quality is not good. There is only one one-way switch for the washing water in the room, which means that the water temperature cannot be adjusted, the water temperature is not hot, and the hot water bath cannot be taken. The pool is nice and many people swim. Close to the sea, but not to the sea, here is close to the sewage outlet, the sea is particularly dirty. Room network can be. There is no hot water in the room, you need to find the front desk, many can't be matched, can't use, we only have 6 hot water bottles in 8 rooms, only 2 can be used. Service is good, more welcoming, the room is clean.
Escale International Hotel

The hotel is run by a Chinese company. The rooms are clean and some rooms have washing machines and kitchen supplies. The hotel manager is Chinese and is easy to communicate with. The hotel breakfast is also very good.
Atlantic Hotel

Breakfast is good, good health, water is a bit salty, air conditioning is not very cold, service attitude is great, location is downtown, there are many places to eat nearby. There is no swimming pool or beach, but it is cheaper. You can see the sea on the 4th floor.
Best Western Premier DJ Hotel

It's in a good location, clean, and the rooms are spacious and easy to use. Wifi speed is fine. All the staff, including the bellmen, are friendly. There are two security guards sitting in front of the hotel at night. The coffee shop on the first floor also serves delicious coffee, although it's a little pricey. (I didn't have a chance to have breakfast at the restaurant.) The only drawback is that there are days when hot water comes out of the shower and days when it doesn't. Even when there is hot water, it's very lukewarm (lol). However, it seems that the only hotel in Djibouti that has hot water is the Kempinski, so I guess that can't be helped. Overall, this is a hotel I would recommend.
