Lots of facilities, nice place to hang out at the pool with a drink. Lots of young army personnel around at the pool, seems like a mini ibiza. There is also a more calmer pool as well (see photo).

The concierge service is helpful and friendly. Housekeeping is diligent and set for afternoon tidying up and replenishing supplies while setting the room for evening when I was back from meetings. The seaside pool area and outdoor seating and dining areas are a plus.

Great location, high plush rooms with superior comfort. The hotel offers various dining options . Special thanks to the Lac Assal restaurant Team for a great dining experience. Few names to highlight - Ms.Roda, Ms.Fariha, Mr.Moyadin and Mr. Dayan. If you like the Italian flavours, Tentazioni is the perfect in-house speciality restaurant. Special thanks to Mr.Guelleh, Mr.Charmark, Ms.Neima, Ms.Deka, Mr.Harbi. Thanks to Ms. Aisha from reception for a seamless check-in.

My husband and I went to the Tentazioni'restaurant and it was amazing!! We are usually disappointed by the service in most of the restaurant we went but this place was great! Kudos to the staff there and special thanks to Keyseh, Charmarke and Harbi!! The quality of the food and the timing was superb impressive too! We will come back

J’ai récemment eu le plaisir de visiter le spa du Djibouti Palace Kempinski, et je dois dire que l’expérience a dépassé toutes mes attentes. Dès mon arrivée, j’ai été accueillie avec beaucoup de gentillesse et de professionnalisme par Sabrine, la réceptionniste du spa. Elle a su répondre à toutes mes questions avec patience et m’a guidée avec le sourire tout au long de mon passage. Son sens du service est irréprochable. Le soin que j’ai reçu était tout simplement exceptionnel. Ma thérapeute, Beverlyn, a des mains magiques ! Elle a su adapter le massage à mes besoins, et je me suis sentie détendue comme jamais. Son attention aux détails et sa douceur m’ont vraiment impressionnée. Le spa est magnifique, propre, calme, et parfaitement entretenu. C’est un véritable havre de paix. Merci à toute l’équipe, et en particulier à Sabrine et Beverlyn, pour avoir rendu cette expérience si spéciale. Je reviendrai sans hésiter !

Had a great dinner at the Italian restaurant in Kempinski Djibouti. The food was delicious and the service was amazing—special thanks to Keysah for being so friendly and attentive. He really made the experience great!
