A great stay
Beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff.
The only downside is the deckchair race at the pool. You have to get up very early to hope to have a place.

Royal Garden Palace has its charm, but it's clear that its best days are behind it. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant team – especially the evening shift – was professional and welcoming. Desserts were top-notch, but beef dishes were a letdown: steaks were overcooked and rubbery, and stews needed much more time to become tender. On the bright side, fish and shrimp were delicious. The Tunisian night and local cuisine were real highlights! Entertainment options were quite limited, which is a downside considering there isn’t much to do outside the hotel. The crocodile farm is about 3 km away – worth the walk on your own. The hotel surroundings feel neglected, and while camels and horses on the beach might sound exotic, the mess they leave behind is less appealing. Overall: a decent one-time experience, but not a place we’d return to.

4ème séjour en 2 ans et toujours aussi satisfait. s'il est vrai que certaines parties de l'hôtel mériteraient une rénovation (baignoire, moquette du couloir,...), l'hôtel est propre, accueillant. Le personnel, quel que soit son métier, est souriant, poli, professionnel. J'ai pu me rendre compte de sa rapidité d'intervention : à la suite d'une glissade près du bar extérieur, je me suis fait une entorse du coude gauche; tout de suite après ma chute, plusieurs employés sont arrivés, m'ont installé dans un fauteuil roulant pour me ramener dans ma chambre; 15 minutes après, un médecin appelé par l'hôtel est arrivé pour m'examiner et me diriger vers une clinique. Merci à tous. A bientôt.

Хороший, уютный отель. Замечательные номера, ежедневная уборка, милые девушки-горничные. Можно заваривать чай или кофе в номере, правда, вода из-под крана даже после кипячения немного отдает хлоркой, но это, похоже, проблема всего Туниса. Большой бассейн с пологим входом. Лежаков и у моря, и у бассейна достаточно, хватает всем желающим. Вход в море пологий, песчаный, но местами на дне попадаются камни, нужно смотреть. Вода в середине мая была 22...23 градуса, небольшие волны. На пляже часто бывают местные ребята, предлагающие покататься на верблюдах и лошадях. Я каталась, насчет цены можно и нужно поторговаться. За ужином у всех гостей - свой столик, который "закреплен" именно за вами с самого первого дня. Официантам принято давать бакшиш, хотя бы на ужине. Ресторан работает с 4 (!) утра, что очень удобно при раннем выезде на экскурсию. Персонал приветливый, вежливый, отзывчивый. Среди отдыхающих было много французов, арабов, немцев. Отелем очень довольна. Почему не 5 баллов ставлю, а 4? Это связано уже не с самим отелем, а с общим впечатлением от острова Джерба. А именно, обращение некоторых работников аэропорта Джербы просто хамское. Например, тех, кто проверяет паспорта и багаж туристов. Такое чувство, что плохо воспитанные и малообразованные люди дорвались до мало-мальской власти и теперь как умеют демонстрируют это. С людьми так общаться неприемлемо. Поэтому, если власти Джербы и вообще Туниса считают возможным нанимать таких людей на работу, то они должны понимать, что вряд ли имеют право рассчитывать на высокие оценки своего острова и своей страны. Такое вот "лицо государства" отвращает людей от себя и неминуемо снижает поток туристов.

Nous devions séjourner au Iberostar Eolia et 2 semaines avant notre départ on nous prévient que ce dernier n ouvrait pas à la date prévue. Proposition au royal garden palace , au vu des commentaires j avais beaucoup d appréhension quand à l hôtel…..mais surprise nous avons passé un agréable séjour, les chambres très propres et grandes vue sur jardin…très beau hall de l hôtel…….le personnel très gentil et serviable . Très très belle,plage.. repas bon , poisson chaque jour……

Nous avons logés dans cet Hôtel en attente de pouvoir séjourner dans celui de notre réservation initiale. Nous sommes très déçu de cet hôtel, pour le Royal Garden Palace, il n'y a que le Garden qui est royal. Nous avons mal mangé, nourriture pour Allemands et Polonais, le personnel est froid, pas de sourire, pas d'accueil dans tous les domaines. les chambres sont vétustes, salle de bain avec baignoire, il faudrait penser aux personnes qui ont des difficultés à pouvoir se mouvoir facilement. Rouille au plafond du hall de nuit, bêtes dans les tiroirs, réfrigérateur refroidissant très peu, et j'en passe. Nous ne recommandons certainement cet hôtel à nous connaissances.

Chambre spacieuse,vue mer et au calme, très propre (merci Lamia) grand espace de rangement. Établissement entouré d'un jardin magnifique, plage de sable fin et mer émeraude, transats avec matelas ainsi qu'à la piscine. Le personnel est vraiment serviable et attentif. Le seul bémol c'est la restauration,on y trouve son bonheur car c'est varié mais très répétitif. Grand choix de crudités ,fruits et desserts Les viandes grillées étant trop cuites ne sont pas tendres et le poisson plein d'arètes. Les cuisiniers et la qualité des ingrédients ne sont pas digne d'un 5 étoiles ...Mais ça ne nous empêche pas de passer de très bons moments.

The hotel has exceptional animation team. You can have aqua aerobic or stretching during a team and unforgettable party every night. I visited quite a few hotels in my life but has not seen such a dedicated a professional animation team, especially Sirine. The cleaning lady and the reception was perfect. But also the guy in charge of the main restaurant was very helpful. Thank you for the great vacation ! Marcin
