Die Hotelanlage, die Zimmer, der Strand und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und schön. Auch das Essen ist grundsätzlich gut, besonders das Buffet ist vielfältig. Leider wird das Fleisch am Grill oft viel zu stark durchgebraten. Die Animation ist grundsätzlich in Ordnung. Allerdings gibt es einzelne Animateure, die sich gegenüber weiblichen Gästen völlig unangemessen verhalten. Besond junge Frauen (ab (ab ca. 16 Jahren erkennbar an den Hotel-armbändern) wurden mehrfach unangemessen angesprochen, ungefragt fotografiert und in einigen Fällen sogar körperlich bedrängt - auch im Bereich der Toiletten. Nur in Begleitung eines Vaters hielten sich die Animateure zurück. Auf direkte Ansprache streiten sie alles ab - auch wenn man das Verhalten zuvor aus der Distanz klar beobachten konnte. Auch erwachsene Frauen wurden respektlos behandelt - Animateure flirten offen mit ihnen, selbst wenn deren Partner dabei sind. An der Poolbar waren die Barkeeper unerfahren. Die Getränke waren entweder viel zu stark oder fast ohne Alkohol – eine normale Mischung war selten. Es wirkt, als würde man sich an anderen Touristen orientieren, die grosse Mengen Alkohol konsumieren. Positiv war, dass man bei Ausflügen, Henna-Tattoos oder Massagen nach einem Nein in Ruhe gelassen wurde – kein Aufdrängen. Fazit: Eine grundsätzlich schöne Hotelanlage mit gutem Essen – aber das Verhalten einzelner Mitarbeiter gegenüber weiblichen Gästen, besonders jungen Frauen, ist absolut inakzeptabel und muss dringend von der Hotelleitung thematisiert werden. Solange sich hier nichts ändert, kann ich dieses Hotel leider nicht empfehlen für Familien mit kinder und Teenagern.

Had a really enjoyable holiday and had a really nice welcome by the receptionists. The room was great and had great air conditioning. The animation team were amazing and kept us entertained the whole holiday. There were lots of activities that were available during the day such as water polo and volleyball. The entertainment at night was great and was so much fun getting involved with the dancing and watching the shows. The food had a very wide range and had clearly a lot of effort put into it. I was very happy with my stay and thoroughly enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everybody and was fantastic.

J’ai passé un moment absolument parfait dans cet hôtel. L’accueil était chaleureux dès l’arrivée, le personnel est aux petits soins, toujours souriant et disponible. La chambre était spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée, avec une literie ultra confortable. Mention spéciale pour le petit-déjeuner et repas copieux et varié, avec des produits frais et de qualité. L’emplacement est idéal. Les animateurs étaient géniaux on a passé de super moments. Les activités proposées et les soirées étaient inoubliables. L’ambiance était parfaite. Les musiques très bien choisis on s’est vraiment amusés. Je recommande les yeux fermés, et je reviendrai avec grand plaisir !

le personnel est adorable, les chambres sont faites tout les jours. L’animation est au rendez-vous avec de superbes animateurs. La nourriture est très bonne. Très bon séjour au Golf Beach je recommande. Merci beaucoup.

Un hôtel très familial. Des repas variés, des chambres propres. Au pied de la plage avec un beau paysage. De belles et grande piscine, nous avons tester les massages qui sont au top… Du personnels bienveillants et très à l’écoute de la clientèle. L’animation une équipe de jeune au top qui, qui mettent l’ambiance toute la journée et soirée … ils sont très attentionnés avec les clients souriants et dynamique.. On a passer une super semaine de vacances Je recommande cet hôtel +++

Clean hotel cleaned daily did have cockroaches were on ground floor,food was above average plenty to choose from entertainment team over enthusiastic and loud to the point of shouting from one area of the hotel to other.music round pool very loud to the point you spend all day on the beach which is very nice with a cool breeze if you can put up with the camels and horses tied on the beach and the shouting and fighting between different owners of said Camels.The waiting on staff in the restaurant and on beach bar execelent this hotel caters for mainly French the staff do not speak a lot of English if you want a cheap holiday to relax on a beach and you know what to expect this is the hotel for you.

Bel hôtel bien situé, la direction de Fram et de l’hôtel est accessible et à l’écoute. Merci ! Le personnel à l’accueil est réactif. Cet hôtel est très propre et la chambre est confortable, avec des serviettes propres tous les jours. Une bonne couverture de wifi sauf à la plage. Bonne nourriture : beignets, pancakes, gaufres, grillades poissons et viandes, frites maison, légumes, soupes, délicieux plats locaux, salades, etc ; mais attention aux glaçons. Animation chaleureuse et dynamique : merci surtout à Zizou souriant pour ses cours de sport au top, à Pépito, à Papay et à toute l’équipe. Au restaurant : merci beaucoup à Habib très attentif et pro. Grandes piscine et plage naturelle (algues et petits rochers), des transats disponibles avec matelas. Bon SPA à prix correct (bon massage d’Amel) On peut venir ici avec les yeux fermés, pour un séjour joyeux et réussi. Merci à tous. J’y retournerai 🌴

Un séjour de 15 jours inoubliable, hôtel a la hauteur de mes attentes, pareil pour les repas, propreté des chambres et de l hôtel irréprochable mais surtout une équipe d animation au top des tops, toujours souriant et a votre écoute ,des spectacles superbes Un gros coup de cœur pour Pépito,momo, ❤️❤️Diego,tito,aminos,Fadi,Vito,et j en oublie désolée ,mais je ne vous oublierai pas C était un très beau séjour Je reviendrai c est sûr Merciiii
