Otelin konumu ve manzarası çok güzel. Otel Unesco kültür mirası listesinde yer alan hevsel bahçelerine bakıyor. Terasında manzaraya karşı çayınızı kahvenizi keyifle içebilirsiniz. Otel çalışanları güler yüzlü, çözüm odaklı ve ilgililer.Otel temiz ve hem ekipman hem hijyen ürünleri yüksek kalitede. Ayrıca kahvaltısı çok güzel ve çeşitli. Otelin genel müdürü Selda Hanım çok pozitif, güler yüzlü ve işini dört dörtlük yapmaya çalışıyor. Her anlamda Diyarbakır’da kalınacak en iyi otel.

Otelinizin manzarası çok güzel. İşim dolayısıyla çok gidip geliyorum. Restoran ve mutfağın servisi çok hızlı ve sunumları çok iyi. Birader bey, Ferat Bey ve Servet hanım çok ilgili. Mutfaktan ramazan şefime teşekkür ediyorum. Kahvaltı çeşitliliği oldukça fazla. Sabah kahvaltıya inerken güleryüzle karşılanıyoruz. Herkese tavsiye ederim

Oda icerisi 33c° ulasmasina karsilik klima sadece sicak calisiyor,kis sebebi ile klimalarin sogutma sistemlerinin iptal edildigi aciklamasi yapildi ve israrlarim uzerine odama bir fan gonderebileceklerini belirttiler sonrasinda arayarak fanin motoru yanmis yapacak birsey yok dediler,klima iptali ne demek oda icerisi 33c° iken bu biraz erken degil mi,cama yaslanmis disaridan nefes almaya cabaliyorum.

Mecbur kalmadıkça kalınmaması gereken otel. Asla marka adıyla alakası olmayan bir halde. Otel eski Hilton aslında, kalan malzemelere el koyup hiç bir şeyi yenilemeden giren wyndham markasının bir çok otelinde kaldım burası resmen şaşırttı beni bölgede bir çok eski ve bakımsız otel var onlar gibi bir halde. Otel genel olarak temiz değil, odalarda temizlik daha iyi ama 10 yıllık halılarda biriken toz fecii durumda, otelin dış camları toz ve pislik içinde, kaplamalar dökülmüş, ortak alanlarda atıl kalmış garip malzemeler var. Odadan büyük bir örümcek çıktı, öldürdğm mecburen gelip ölüsünü aldılar peçeteyle oluyor demek ki alışıklar diye düşündüm. Merkeze biraz uzak kalıyor, kahvaltı yetersiz, kahve seviyorsanız 5. Sınıf bir filtre kahve dışında bir kahve yok. Yani alternatifleri değerlendirmenizi öneririm.

Bu yorumu gece 01.30'da yazıyorum akşamüstü yapılan bir etkinliğin alüminyum profilleri iki saattir sökülüyor odanın kliması çalışmıyor Teknik Servis geldi gene çalışmıyor o da değiştirildi şu anda 32 derecede Uyumaya çalışıyorum. Klima calismadigi icin cami acinca cekic gurultusu. Resepsiyonu 5 kez uyarmam ragmengruptan sikayet etmemi onerdiler. Misafirlerim 20 saatlik ucak yolculugundan geldi.Daha kotu ne olabilir bilmiyorum
