カタカナ表記が、「スル」が「サー」になっているため非常に分かりにくい。入口がアイスクリームなどを売るスタンドになっているので分かりにくいですが、２階のロビーに上がれば普通のホテルです。
なんといっても、地の利が優れています。ウル･ジャーミーモスクの並びの中堅ホテルです。主な観光地や手頃なレストランもまわりに集中しています。
レセプションは優秀で親切です。

Otel lakosyon olarak cadde üzerinde..işletmecisi güler yüzlü ve ilgili..Kahvalti porsiyon olarak geliyor..Tabakta ek olarak patates kızartması sigara ve pacanga böreği var.***et doyurucu .Sıcak ve taze olarak servis ediliyor..Oda ve özellikle yatak çok temiz..Biz memnun kaldık. Bundan sonraki konaklamalarimizda tercih edeceğimiz bir otel.

Artıları: Yer olarak mükemmel lokasyonda, otoparkının olması ciddi bir avantaj, odalar yeni eşyalar ve banyo iyi durumda. Isınma gürültü vb sıkıntısı yok. Eksileri: Bina iyi fakat işletme vasat, otelde bellboy yok. Resepsiyon birilerine ... Bey ... Beyi ... Numaralı odasına götürebilir miyiz dedi ama gelen olmayınca kendi odamızı kendimiz bulmak zorunda kaldık. Kahvaltı Diyarbakır gibi kahvaltısı meşhur olan bir yere göre baya bir zayıf. İşin kötü yanı paranızla da alabileceğiniz ek seçenekler baya bir sınırlı.

Konaklama ve konfor çok iyiydi. Temizliğinden çok memnun kaldık. Odaların manzarası süper. Kahvaltılari daha iyi ya da zengin olabilir: sadece çay var, kahve ekstra ödenmeli. Sur içinde olan her yere kolaylıkla ulaşılabilir. 10 gözlü köprüye de Mardin kapısından kalkan minibüsle indi-bindi usuyle çabuk gidilebilir. Personel güler yüzlü ve samimiydi. Aile ortamı gibi sıcak ve güzel bir mekan.
