We recently held The Elevation Company’s signature event, The Power Of You, at The Yarra Valley Estate and the entire experience was nothing short of exceptional. From start to finish, the staff went above and beyond – the event manager was attentive and efficient, the owner warm and welcoming, and every member of the front-of-house team and kitchen staff contributed to a truly seamless experience. The food was absolutely outstanding – fresh, beautifully presented, and tailored perfectly to our event needs. The chefs clearly take great pride in their work. As for the venue itself – the grounds and facilities are stunning. There’s something incredibly grounding and inspiring about being in such beautiful natural surroundings, and every space was immaculate and thoughtfully laid out to support connection, creativity, and calm. We couldn’t have asked for a better setting or team. Highly recommended for events, retreats, or any gathering where quality, care, and a touch of magic matter.

We highly recommend Yarra Valley Estate for a wonderful staff conference venue. They were so helpful along the journey from our initial inquiry all the way through to the event itself! The beautiful grounds gave us lots of opportunity to connect with nature, go for walks and enjoy the outdoors. The accomodation was clean, warm and comfortable with all the facilities we needed. There was plenty of food so we didn't go hungry!! And the staff were wonderful at mealtimes and especially for our social event on the first night. The conference space was beautiful, with large glass windows that provided a backdrop of trees and beautiful views of the property. Thanks to Maya, John and Louise and the YVE Staff for providing us with an opportunity to create wonderful memories and personal development with our staff.

The room was compact and cosy. The air con also when adjusted properly mad the room nice and toasty for the cold conditions we had. Room/ensuite were spotless. It was also great (in our opinion) to not have a television in the room. I very very slight downside was no fridge in the room. The 'common' room was also nice and cosy providing tea/coffee and other essential electrical items, toaster etc. Overall though it was excellent. Area was very peaceful and the edible forest was certainly worth it.

We had a good stay. The dorm style accommodation was comfortable. The grounds were nice. The showers and kitchen were both much smaller than expected. The kitchen fits 2 people max. Unfortunately we were charged (without agreeing to it) a $500 cleaning fee for mostly very minor things such as dirty windows (kids finger marks), food spilled in the small fridge, flour on the chairs. Then some texta stains, which we agreed to a cleaning fee for this. But not $500. A thorough clean is expected but there were zero cleaning supplies. I even asked for a vacuum. Unfortunately it ruined the whole trip for us. I couldn’t recommend for this reason. It so said no BYO but the restaurant and bar were closed the whole weekend and were not advised it would all be closed.

We had an enjoyable weekend here with our family and friends — good space and facilities. However, we couldn’t recommend it as the post-checkout experience was terrible — the venue levied a ridiculous cleaning charge (despite no cleaning supplies provided) and when we disputed it they ignored us and charged it anyway.

Apart from a slight mixup with the room keys and running out of BBQ gas both of which were resolved quickly. The facilities as offered meet our needs perfectly. Ideally located close to Yarra Glen made easy access to all the local wineries and other sight seeing attractions.

We recently hosted a family wedding at Yarra Valley Estate and the experience was wonderful. Very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful surroundings and plenty of parking. Everyone loved the place. The wood-fired pizzas were some of the best we have had.

The rooms are more like basic dormitory accommodation (Falcon) with corridors of squeaky floorboards to lead down to a communal kitchen. There is no mini fridge, jug, toaster or tv in the rooms. The mattress was very hard and sheets 'did not feel right'. There was no chair whatsoever in the room to avoid the bed. There was no cold water in our bathroom and no hot or cold water in the communal kitchen so couldn't even boil the jug in the evening. It was reported, next morning no cold water again so no shower and also no electricity. After two hours sleep due to hard bed, couldn't wait to get out of there. I suggest you bring plenty of drinking water, thermos, camp chair and a bed topper. Would rather sleep in the back of the car for nothing! They rely on water pumps and back up generator but systems need improving. Car parking is not close to the room for those with mobility issues.

There were a few problems with the accommodation. We had no water coming out of the taps at some stage. The beds were a bit hard. There is no TV or kettle in any rooms but there is a nicely equipped kitchen at the end of the corridor with facilities to share with other guests.
