Beds are comfortable enough, place is old but kept fairly well. Comforter had dark brown stains, like seriously, throw out.

Our stay in this Whitecourt Alberta was not good
Rooms were hot even with the air conditioning on
Electrical is not up to code
No plugs in rooms
Staff was annoyed when I asked for a towel
Complimentary breakfast was nasty. Cooked to order and came out cold.
Eggs were not cooked and pancakes tasted like raw batter.
Food was served in paper plates and wooden utensils.
Parking lot was not cleared after a snow fall
For a one night stay we received 5 texts and 9 emails. Way too much.
This property is not up to the standard of the Wyndham hotel. chain. Will NOT stay at one of these hotels again

This is a great budget property. Room is clean enough, but expect to see old/ worn carpets, towels, bathroom etc. Breakfast is great, ready to order. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.

I booked a room for my parents since they were driving to Edmonton but wanted to rest on the way, when they arrived my mom was gonna shower and out of the shower head a lot of junks of dirt came out and all the dirt went on my mom while showering. After ahe cleaned and rinsed herself again they were gonna go to bed with my dad and pulled the bed blankets back to lay down and the bed sheets had a big yellow stain in it so my dad went to the front and complained and they just gived them a new blanket where they had to put it on themselfs. Over very dirty and not recommend anyone to stay at Ramadan
