Deixou a desejar
Estacionamento do hotel ruim. Sem condições de manobra. Deixamos o carro em um estacionamento fora do hotel. Perigoso o acesso a noite. Limpeza do quarto nao foi realizada. Mas tem boa localização.

Bom custo benefício. Café da manhã farto e com variedade. Somente a cortina do quarto deixou a desejar quanto a limpeza. Havia muita sujeira acumulada. Roupa de cama e toalhas higienizadas e limpas.

Lamentável. No primeiro apartamento entrei no box me molhei e a água do chuveiro foi terminando gradativamente até que fiquei sem banho. Transferidos para outro apartamento, tomadas não funcionavam, banheiro exprimido, ar condicionado barulhento e sem regulagem de temperatura, lâmpada faltando na cabeceira. Box vazando água pra fora. Etc…

Insatisfação geral.
Entrei no hotel dia 08/12 e sai 10/12/23, no dia do check-in não tinha água no hotel e não foi me foi informado. No dia seguinte, 09/12, na recepção um hospede reclamava o mesmo que eu : não tinha agua nas torneiras. O problema vinha desde o dia 07/12. Fato omitido pela recepção no check-in.
