Η απόλυτη επιλογή για Αραχωβα!!! Δωμάτιο μεγάλο, ευρυχωρο, φωτεινό, καθαρό με τέλεια θέα! Πλούσιο πρωινό. Φιλόξενο προσωπικό. Χαλαρωτικοί χώροι σπα με εξαιρετικό προσωπικό. Είναι μια πολύ value for money επιλογή. Συνδυασμός ποιότητας με καλαισθησία!!

Θα έλεγα ένα από τα πιο φτωχά σε πραγματικές παροχές ξενοδοχείο. Ξεκινώντας από το πρωινό όπου αν δν έχουν πολλά δωμάτια σε σερβίρουν εκείνη την στιγμή με μπαγιάτικα πράγματα της προηγούμενης μέρας και αργούν αρκετά φέρνοντάς σου μετρημένο ακόμα και το ψωμί. Έπειτα το καλοριφέρ του μπανιου(γνωστό ως πετσετοκρεμαστρα) όπου άνοιγε από εμάς αλλά ποτέ δν ενεργοποιούσαν παρά μόνο αν καλούσαμε την ρεσεψιόν όπου μας έλεγαν ότι εμείς έπρεπε να την ανοίξουμε αλλά με κάποιο μαγικό τρόπο έπειτα άναβε μόνη της. Το φτωχό WiFi σε όλη την διάρκεια της διαμονής μας και τέλος το θέμα με τα ξύλα. Ενα ενεργειακό τζάκι κατά την δική τους άποψη θέλει μικρά κλαδιά και όχι κανονικά ξύλα κάτι που δν ισχύει μια που έχουμε πάει σε πολλά ξενοδοχεία και δν γινόταν αυτό. Μας έβαζαν μέσα στο τζάκι ελάχιστα κλαδιά και όχι ξύλα διάρκειας λέγοντας μας πως αν θέλουμε κ άλλα θα χρεωθούμε 5€ το καφάσι για ξύλα τα οποία στην πραγματικότητα είναι κλαδιά.Εκ των οποίων η διάρκεια τους στο σύνολο είναι ελάχιστη Μια κατάσταση κουραστική που χάλασε στο σύνολο την διάθεση μας και ποτέ δν φανταζόμασταν πως ένα ξενοδοχείο 5 αστέρων θα κορόιδευε τους επισκέπτες του με τέτοιο τρόπο.οχι μόνο είναι ντροπιαστικό αλλά και αντί επαγγελματικό την στιγμή που υποτίθεται ότι είναι καλό ξενοδοχείο. Παλιές εγκαταστάσεις με μηδέν παροχές Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενικό ωστόσο αλλά όταν οι εντολές είναι από αλλού σαφώς και πρέπει να της ακολουθήσουν. Ντροπή θα έλεγα αυτή η τακτική του ξενοδοχείου

Wonderful hotel with an extremely friendly and helpful staff. The room was cozy and I can only imagine what this hotel is like during skiing season (makes me wish I could be here then). The views were spectacular and the breakfast was delicious.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The staff were really friendly and helpful, especially when helping organise taxis and places to visit. Rooms were very nice with a lovely restaurant and bar area. We had a massage with Loucas at the hotel and he did a great job, 100% recommend getting one booked if you are staying at the hotel.

A ski-focused hotel offering us off-season rates with full-season amenities such as full breakfast, in-room whirlpool tub and fireplace. Parking in the town of Arachova is nearly impossible, so plan on parking halfway there and walking to the restaurants and shopping.
