The hotel is just near the city center and the lake. The room is comfortable and cozy. Hosts are very kind and friendly! Breakfast is big and delicious. Parking place is in front of the hotel.

Otelin konumu çok güzel. Harika bir keyif bahçesi var ancak bahçede akşam oturmak mümkün değil. Bahçenin gece aydınlatması yok. Bahçede oturup okey oynamamıza izi vermediler. Canları sağ olsun. Vardır bi bildikleri.
Ancak çalışanların asık suratları ortamı çok serinletti. Bu arada haksızlık etmiyeyim asık suratlı bir şekilde de olsa otele girdiğimizde bize çay ikram ettiler. Alelacele çayımızı içip odalarımıza göndermek içi de ellerinden geleni yaptılar. Otel güzel idare eder ama çalışanların kendine çeki düzen vermesi şart.

Absolutely wonderful hotel. We found this very last minute and it has been wonderful. Great location - you can walk anywhere, good breakfast in the morning, and a very kind staff. We would highly recommend staying here. Very wonderful place

İznik en fazla iki gün kalınabilecek bir yer. Otelin yeri güzel, kahvaltı idare eder. İlgi, siz konuşursanız konuşan ekip yoksa giriyor ve otelden ayrılıyorsunuz. Biz beklenti ile gitmemiştik zaten, uzun bir gezimizin bir parçası olarak iki gece kaldık. tavanda örümcek ağı vardı. Odalarda banyoda sökülmüş çivi izleri, duş telefonun bozuk olduğu için su tazyiki sanki insanın yüzünü yakıyor gibiydi. Odalar itinasız temizlenmemiş görünümündeydi. The location of the boutique hotel is great. It's a sweet family business, Ms. Nurcam and her husband, Ms. Özlem are all very nice people. Our rooms were very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was great. Our weekend getaway, which I organized as a birthday gift to myself, went very well.

İznik is a quiet hamlet with a lot of history. This hotel has a key location with Lake İznik a block away. Walking onto the terrace you are met with views of the mountain, the tree tops and bougainvillas along with the ancient city wall next to the property. Buffet breakfast is well attended by hotel staff. When I needed a room one floor lower due to knee problems they easily accommodated. Our room, fitted for 3 adults was furnished with antiques and quite lovely. The staff was kind and hospitable. I will stay there again. My guests visiting Türkiye loved it.
