房間隔音差，白毛巾很舊看着不舒服，床品鋪反了不知道是沒換過還是失誤總之很隔應，位置倒是很方便離古城東門很近，去坐景交車5分鐘就走到了。樓下就是樓下川菜館，小吃鋪，很方便。

位置非常好就在獨克宗古城門口，走兩三分鐘就能到，就是入住的時候旁邊在裝修，早上有點吵。房間很大，也挺乾淨，衞生間淋浴間底下有點漏水

暑假帶小孩出來玩， 20多度的天氣竟然沒有空調吹冷氣，衹有熱氣，晚上睡覺非常不舒服。房間隔音效果很差，隔壁兩口子吵架聽了一晚上，真的很影響睡眠，果斷換酒店。

雲南之旅的最大噩夢！史上最臟、最坑、最不專業的酒店！黑名單榜首！
1. 初印象就極差：第一天深夜入住環境本身就差，一股説不出的怪味混合著一樓餐廳飄過來的濃烈油煙味，薰得人頭疼！但是我們第一天渾身都淋濕了，就沒有想換酒店，想着在香格里拉這個地方就住在一個地方比較好。
2. 入住時就明確告知環境差要求第二天換高樓層，前台滿口答應。管理極度無序
3. 第二天我們想續住第三晚，特意詢問前台。員工信誓旦旦地説：“沒問題，第三天晚上直接續就行！” 我們天真地信了。結果第三天上午去辦理續住，晴天霹靂——被告知沒房了，我們的房間被別人訂了，當時我們出去玩了，還沒有退房！基本的職業素養呢？説的承諾毫無作數，可是當時我們已經出去玩了，根本來不及換別的酒店！
4. 衞生狀況觸目驚心！臟到突破底線！
房間裏到處是積灰，桌面、牀頭櫃非常老舊！最最最噁心的是第三天！在新換的房間裏（是的，被逼換的房），掀開被子準備休息，赫然發現床單中央一大片泥巴還是植物的渣子！看那極有可能是上一位客人留下的，根本沒換洗！！！這已經不是衞生差的問題，這是嚴重失職，危害健康！想到前一晚可能也睡在別人臟床單上就頭皮發麻！
5、廁所沒門？！我們另一個房間的廁所，竟然沒有門！這種基礎配置都能缺失，説是上一個客人弄爛了…酒店是沒人了嗎，要不是那天很晚了我們沒精力了，肯定是不會住的！
6、性價比為零，毫無服務：這麼差的條件，價格卻一點也不便宜！一個房間一晚五百多，沒有早餐，沒有接送服務！
總之，這是我在雲南住過最差的酒店，説是酒店連民宿都不如！
