We had the absolute pleasure of staying one night at LISIMAN 丽思漫丨心宿·穹庐四野供氧庄园（香格里拉店）, and honestly, words alone cannot do this place justice. Surrounded by majestic mountains, wide open grasslands, and freely roaming animals, the setting is nothing short of breathtaking. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the staff (unfortunately, we didn’t catch their names after our long journey). Their hospitality was genuine and thoughtful — they introduced the room facilities thoroughly and even took the time to check in on our travel plans, offering to arrange transport to Shangri-La Railway Station the next morning for our onward journey to Kunming. We stayed on the 3rd floor, and the panoramic view from our room was simply stunning — lush green grasslands dotted with horses and cows as far as the eye could see. There was even a charming little white pony on the premises that made our hearts melt — so cute and incredibly friendly. The hotel also provided laundry service and an inviting high-tea session. Breakfast the next morning was a delightful spread featuring hearty local dishes, a lovely way to end our short but memorable stay. If time had allowed, we would’ve stayed much longer. This place is a rare gem — serene, soulful, and truly rejuvenating. We will definitely return. Until then, our warmest thanks to the entire team for making our stay so special.

It was 8pm when we arrived. It was dark outside and we were too lazy to go out to find something to eat. We had dinner directly in the hotel. What a surprise. All the food was good and cheap. The yak hotpot was highly recommended. The beef was large and tender. It was very sweet and delicious. In the morning, the brother drove us to Feilai Temple to watch the sunrise over Jinshan Mountain, and drove us back. The service was very good👍

We love the big clean spacious room with nice view. The room is so big that we can fully open 2 big luggages and still have plenty of space. Located in the heart of the old city, with many shops and restaurants around. The bed is very comfortable, and they provided oxygen machine and humidifier, which are great for high-altitude stay. There is a sofa in the room, too. The operator is very friendly and helpful. He even woke up early to send us to the main road as it will be challenging to lug our luggages along the uneven ancient road. Will stay at this hotel again if we come back to Shangri-La. I had a truly memorable stay at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional service provided by the staff eventhough they can’t speak English but they tried their level best to communicate via wechat and translate.From the moment I arrived, they went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. What really stood out was how they helped arrange transportation for my trip to Lijiang and even coordinated my transfer for the Balagezong tour. On the day of my trip to Balagezong,the staff personally sent me to the nearest bus station by motorcycle to make sure I caught the right bus on time—something I never expected, but deeply appreciated. This level of care and attention made my journey smooth and stress-free. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and cozy, but it’s the warm and genuinely helpful service that made it special. Highly recommended for anyone traveling in the area who values hospitality that comes from the heart. for muslim friends, few step from hotel got 1 muslim restaurant nearby

Service: The store contacted us in advance, and the boss was waiting in the store at night to check in. The fruit was very sweet and we liked it. The boss gave us another one. When we checked in, he helped us move our luggage to the room and took us to understand the hotel layout. Environment: You can see the snow-capped mountains on the fourth floor. Hygiene: The auntie cleaned it very cleanly. Facilities: Dry and wet separation, with washing machine and dryer. Welcome fruit: Oranges are delicious

The hotel is in a great location, right next to the ancient city, and a few minutes' walk to Moonlight Square. It has its own yard and is very quiet. The room is spacious, and the toilet is separated into wet and dry areas. The mattress is very comfortable. The boss is a handsome guy, very nice, and he took the initiative to contact you to ask if you need a pick-up service, and also introduced you to fun places.

Amazing hospitality from 老板娘 and her family! Location is a stone’s throw away from the ancient city, room is amazing with fantastic facilities and of course, not forgetting their warm service! Made us feel right at home😍 highly recommend anyone who’s coming to shangri la to stay here~

omg ! we really love this hotel. the host is sooooo attentive, very kind, helpful and very friendly to us. we wish that we stayed more than one night here at this place. the host upgraded our room for free since the room booked is under construction. she even provide us tea and rose milk at night. the next day, it was snowing heavily and we arent able to get a ride to the railway station, the host is very nice, she and her husband offered to send us to the station :( really love the experience. would definitely recommend this place to my friends and would repeat if i come here again. Everything is superb. Significantly, the owner(a young lady) takes care of and helps with everything more than our expectations. The room and facilities are perfect. Every night, she also serves Yak hot milk to all customers. I highly recommend everyone stay here. You will get superb service with the minimum payment. I’m very impressed.
