they were kind to me, but charged me extra 75 dollars for using a third party to make a reservation and denied to give me extra sheets.

I’d stay here again. The hotel was exceptionally clean and neat, well maintained and well furnished. It is convenient to US Route 1, and I-85 and I-95 are nearby. We were here to visit Civil War sites; several are within short driving distance. The hotel also appears to be popular with business travelers. Our room was comfortable; we did not spend much time in it except for sleeping. It was very quiet and spotless. The bathroom was well equipped. The free breakfast was adequate. This location is not the garden spot of Virginia (my apologies to anyone living in the neighborhood); most nearby properties are the types of businesses that you would expect to line US 1. I was told, as we departed, that I would not earn IHG One Rewards points because I had made the reservation through ******* rather than IHG.
