Заехали переночевать по пути в Анапу. Семейный номер с завтраком. Есть небольшая парковка перед отелем на несколько машин. Сам отель находится на втором и третьем этаже. Подъем по лестнице. Так что учитывайте это, если у вас тяжёлые чемоданы или коляски. Лифта нет. Оплачивал отель он-лайн через сервис бронирования отелей. Проблем с заселением не возникло. Бронировал семейный номер с завтраком. Номер комфортный. Достаточно просторный. Выглядит всё свежо, чисто. Чистое и без запаха постельное белье и полотенца. Широкая двуспальная кровать. Завтраки разнообразные. На выбор предлагают 8 или 9 вариантов. Определиться надо заранее, что будете кушать и во сколько. Завтрак приносят в номер в назначенное время (не очень удобно). Из минусов: напор воды оставляет желать лучшего, неудобно завтракать в номере, на фоне свежести номера очень бросается в глаза ржавая сетка для душевых принадлежностей.

Понравилось.всё чисто.красивый свежий ремонт.в номере есть всё ,что нужно. вкусный завтрак на выбор- несколько вариантов. приятная и вежливая администратор.тихо.спокойно. Где стойка регистрации-бонус🤣-попугай Кеша.красавчик. уезжать не хотелось.спасибо

Ездили с семьей и маленькими детьми в Краснодар( отмечать День Рождение),останавливались на ночь в отеле "Моцарт" .Брали Апартаменты с сауной - полный восторг!!! Бассейн в номере очень обрадовал старшую внучку- такого мы еще не встречали!!! Номер чистый, есть холодильник, микроволновка, посуда и т.д.....Большое спасибо за такой сервис! Отдельное спасибо администратору Людмиле за внимание! ОЛЬГА

Отличный отель, чистый , уютный, вежливый персонал. Но, почему в номерах «стандарт» заявляется одна большая двухспальная кровать , а в итоги получается что это 2 отдельные кровати которые просто накрыты простынью, даже не наматрасником!!!! . Это крайне не удобно , когда ты просыпаешься ночью от того что ты проваливаешься между этой «двухспальной» кроватью.
