The heater did not work in my room - the staff provided a small space heater which took the edge off the chill, however not really good enough for an alpine hotel room to not have functional heating.

Property was fantastic and the staff were helpful. Just be aware it says pet friendly but pets aren’t allowed in room. Might need to be updated.

Good 1 night stop
Room was clean and comfortable but did not have air con or ceiling fans which we would have used as temps were low 30s . Good kitchenette and spacious room.
Enjoyed our meal in the restaurant and the flavoured icecreams available on site.

Unfortunately they are focused on winter, completely ignoring the summer opportunities of hiking and mountain biking- the room had no air conditioning- only heating. Only one flat pillow with no second pillow available. Television in the rooms was not working. Went to the hotel on site for dinner and food was excellent.

Checkin was awkward as there was no assistance. Room was OK but the bar fridge was very loud each time the compressor turned on. I was the only one in the hotel.

Spacious rooms, very accommodating staff and easy drive to Razorback trailhead to Mt Feathertop. Great food at the restaurant downstairs too.

Arrived just after Christmas with no support on site. No information about wifi, room not that clean and we found foods in the fridge from the previous people. Price were still quite high especially knowing how empty was the place. I even sent an email during the stay to asks questions and never got an answer. I would avoid it in December.
