房間的床軟硬適中，價格也合適，乾淨衞生，就是周圍就餐不是很多，但可以點外賣，酒店外部環境也很優美，臨着一條河，總得來説不錯，下次去西北還是會選擇這裏住宿

攜程定了酒店，前台説沒有收到訂單，讓顧客取消訂單，線下交易。明明是攜程方和酒店方的責任，為什麼讓顧客承擔？沒有收到訂單不應該立刻向攜程反應嗎？顧客打電話讓前台找訂單，對方仍告知找不到，而且一句道歉沒有，態度強勢，好像是我的錯一樣。説把本來定的尾房換成中間的房間，這合理嗎？特價房=尾房？在特價房的詳情頁沒有任何一條寫明吧？很難想象這是“高檔型”酒店的所作所為，不知道是酒店方為了抽成還是前台來抽成。
