一進當天就被驚艷到了，前台的服務特別好，辦理入住特別快，還主動，我要不要幫忙拿行李衞生乾淨，證件枕頭特別軟硬，剛好躺下去就不想起來了，衞生間乾濕風林做得超級棒，值得推薦

前台服務生態度很好，但是房間很一般，最難受的是：空調出風口對着床頭，開空調吧吹的頭疼，不開還熱！一宿都沒咋睡好！最後頭疼的吃了芬必得！早餐還可以吧，但是餐廳沒有空調，越吃越熱！餐廳工作人員衣服都濕透了，簡直不把他們當人看！

攜程訂酒店以來唯一一個差評吧！寫的四星+定邊高檔No.1來的，想着不一定很好，但應該錯不了。整個酒店就一個逼仄的電梯，酒店大門口也和攜程圖片上嚴重不符，本着200多的價格還要什麼自行車的心態。定的兩間房，一間至尊大床，一間雅緻雙床，前台業務不熟練，雙床也不給兩張房卡，解釋是酒店房卡太少，一個房衹能給一張房卡，不算什麼太大的問題。拿完行李進房間大床房電路有問題、馬桶正上方頂上滴水，找了前台20分鐘過後有工作人員來了，弄一會兒電沒弄好，工作人員説給我換一個房間，但沒有大床房衹能給我換雙床，幫我把兩個床拼一下，當時快8點了我要出去吃晚飯，我跟工作人員説的是：先修，修不好的話再換吧！1.5小時後我吃完飯回來前台説都修好了，並同我一起上樓給我開門，電是可以了，馬桶上方依舊滴水、馬桶蓋上都是水，我説那衹能換雙床了。前枱麪露難色，説下樓找人幫我換房間，她下去了上來了一名保安幫我換房，正在拿行李的時候保安對講機傳來前台的聲音：你檢查確認好這個客人有沒有動過房間，確認好再換房間！保安回覆人家都沒動過房間
這是什麼態度？？？酒店的設施問題、且給我換的是價位更低的雙床房，沒有一句抱歉，還覺得我弄臟了房間嗎？真的給我氣笑了…換了雙床房還是我請保安跟我一起拼的床… 要不是帶着老小晚上快十點了沒法折騰，真的忍不了

服務：極差！前台我不屑説了，一個連客房部值班人員都沒有，換房都讓保安來，怎麼敢叫四星酒店？
